I've been very happy with keeping my boats at DRY DOCK for the last 3 years. The operation has a "can do" attitude that makes working with them a pleasure, and I'm free to do as much or as little of my own work on the boats as I'd like.

I am really disappointed with this place. They hauled my sailboat and cracked the hull where they placed the blocks. (They placed the weight of my full keel boat on the rudder hinge) When I went to the office the secretary was extremely rude and the manager never returned my call.

This place is horrible. When they hauled my boat they cracked the hull and now my boat leaks! They placed the entire weight of a the boat on the rudder hinge. When I went to the office the secretary was extremely rude and the manager never called back. I understand mistakes happen but when they were rude and dismissive it shows they truly do not care about their customers.
