Worst banking experience ever. Incompetent employee caused me to not know what documents I needed to bring in on my second try to open an account. I’m done with BOA.

Extremely disappointed with this bank. Rude rude women behind the counter. Bess and the women with the liquid liner eyes need to be re educated in proper customer service!

Decent folks who try hard to please. Today Andre picked up phone promptly and was very polite & helpful. The manager, Gagan Thind, always exceeds expectations with his old-fashioned customer service and ability to navigate needed resources to go find results.
