Defective inventory is cleared out of this store. Store doesn't stand behind their product quality. Store doesn't honor return policy and forces you to contact corporate customer service.

As you walk into this store...the doors tell you "Enter" & "Exit" and they are side by side. Makes me smile. Been a big fan of all the Adidas Boost shoes. Apparently, a lot of people like them...supply was down. One sales person, suggested to look at the mens side. Thank you - there were a few different styles to choose!

The staff were terrific. Shannon actually went above and beyond with getting my daughter the soccer shorts in multiple colors despite that it was out of the way for her. I never asked for her to do it, she just offered so willingly

Good customer assistance, not a long wait in line for check out. My only complaint, "Where are the original shell toe adidas?"Other than that good shopping experience, Adidas.

Customer service directed me back to the store to exchange a pair of shoes that tore after only a few uses. Without a receipt customer service wouldn't open a "case". On arrival store policy conflicted with customer service's instructions. After a bit of back and forth store manager Kelly went above and beyond, reaching out to a higher level decision maker to allow the exchange. Handled well, good effort.
