I corresponded with Paul over a few days time to try and get my boyfriend's windshield fixed in a timely manner. We tried also going through a bigger company who canceled on us last minute and then tried to reschedule for a week from the original appointment. Paul kept to his original appointment and was always responsive, super helpful, and on top of this process. He was waiting for my boyfriend first thing and made the process of replacing his windshield quick and easy. To say we are elated with Paul's service is an understatement. Genuinely outstanding service from Paul and Cassie -- Cassie provided door to door service; she picked up my car and dropped it off and I didn't have to do a thing. She was so helpful at every step of the way, from booking and scheduling to communicating the day-of service. The price was incredibly fair, the job was done extremely well, and I couldn't recommend this team more. Paul's auto glass, A+ service. The windshield on my SUV is huge, Paul did the job and it come out MINT. New glass trim and New clips installed. Calibrated the rear view mirror electronics, Washed and cleaned the SUV too. Now when was the last time you got that kind of service? Paul's is my to go to glass guy. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful, they got me in quickly for my windshield replacement and worked seamlessly with my insurance. Job was done in just over an hour while I sat in their toasty office and got a lot of work done. Would definitely recommend.
