“Amazingly inexpensive plan prices. Helpful staff. Decent phone selection. You can also bring your own phone. I brought in my iPhone 6 that was previously on AT&T, and they set everything up (no unlock even needed, especially with an AT&T phone because apparently they are on the same network or something to that effect. But the end result is that I didn't have to do anything or pay anyone to do anything to my iPhone for it to work with cricket; that may not be the case for other providers, but it's still worth checking, plus most places where you get a phone, you can contact the company-Verizon, sprint, AT&T etc., and they'll provide you with an unlock code for your phone free of charge). The network coverage is fantastic, just as good as anyplace if not better (and seeing how they use the same towers it's not really a surprise). My cell phone bill is $35/month all inclusive. No addition fees or up-charges.”

“On the 28th of December my phone broke and had to have a new phone sent to me from my insurance. I received it the next day and thought I was set, however I couldn't get my Dexcom 6 blood glucose monitor off my old phone due to the fact the touch part wouldn't work and the bottom half was black. I went to the T-Mobile store at 537 Lincoln St. and was helped by the entire staff, Elsa, Shaq, Mike and Gabriel. i was there for close to 2 hours with each one of them doing everything they could think of to help me try and retrieve my information and delete the app from my old phone. I eventually got to use a wireless mouse to do this, again with the help from each of these employees. This was extremely important to me due to health reasons as well as customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Not only have I ALWAYS spoken highly of Sprint/T-Mobile, but the people at this specific location are the greatest I have ever come across.”

“More like Jiminy Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer! I say this because of the wonder this establishment produced for me. To start I should be clear! THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT! Also! THIS IS NOT AN FOOD STORE FOR EXOTIC PETS!! Confusing I know, but trust me when I say this is probably a useful store. I've been hearing that people have been talking about getting telephones a lot recently and I have good news for you! I think this place sells those specifically! I say I think as I wasn't able to go into this aforementioned phone arena. They were closed when I walked by, but they do have windows in the front that showed some of their products. I mean I couldn't see it too well as I was across the street. But I think they sell phones! I don't know if they are the best phones, but I do know that there is a standing mailbox outside of it which is pretty darn helpful!So whether you have something to mail or you want to look and see if this store has phones for you, there is no need to "Wish Upon a Star" you can just come to Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer when they are open! Unless you just want to use the mailbox, in which case I think that's always open.Also when I was younger I learned how to draw Pinocchio from the VHS cover pretty good. I could only draw this and the cigarette man from Doonesbury. I was praised for one and got in trouble for the other. This sort of neutralized my thoughts on drawing as an activity for me.”

“Spectrum Store on Stafford Street to the rescue!The beginning of my Spectrum journey commenced when my new equipment showed up on my doorstep.I wish Mario and Michael would have accompanied the equipment; installing and activating the new equipment at times felt like a "Mission Impossible."Frequently, I would visit the Spectrum Store: check in on a computer, view names on a TV, and wait my turn.Mario, a relatively new Spectrum employee was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. If he wasn't sure of a topic, he would ask the experienced tech guru Michael for assistance.Heck, I got to learn about Mario's family and Michael shared a great tip on where to buy the best fish and chips.I congratulated both workers for being customer friendly and told Mario that it takes a special Spectrum worker to meet the needs of every customer.Thanks to Mario, Michael and all the Spectrum staff I spoke with via my phone for exceeding my expectations--- I am pleased to report: Mission Accomplished.”

“Took my iPad in an hour before they closed (cause god forbid my schedule could get any worse than it was) and the person there was SO sincere about me being an hour late and then having to wait thirty minutes AFTER hours for me to get back to get my ipad (girls gotta do something. Definately not what I did though. Was not a good idea) got my iPad and I feel like I have a whole new iPad! Would recommend for any repairs!!”
