Been waiting for my film since December, now it’s February. Every time I reach out, they’re “almost there” and now everybody’s in the hospital at the same time, like they’re all in the same family with different names and just didn’t say anything. Finally somebody showed up after probably 45 minutes of sitting there, ran my card about 15 times, I’ll be checking it for weird purchases for the rest of the year. DO NOT COME HEREHalf star, only because I got my stuff back

Great service, good job. Brought in photos from 1965 to have enlarged and cropped. They came out great !!! Didn't think they would come out as good as they did and they were ready in less than a week.

Horrible service, I dropped off a photo to be restored and I never got a phone call to be informed the job couldn’t be done and the photo was in the shop for over 2 months. Never got a call from them, I called 3 different times and was informed the same exact information from previous calls. I had to end up just going to the shop to bring photo to be restored elsewhere. So disappointed because I was actually referred there for great service.

I had the absolute best experience during a horrible time. I went to L.B. Wheaton to have a very old, small, low resolution, photo of my grandfather scanned for his obituary. I didn’t have high hopes for a great outcome because of the limitations of the original photo. Brian scanned the photo and did his best to get a clean image and provided me with a digital copy which he refused to charge me for. A short time later, I received a call from Brian, he said that he had worked on the photo more after I left and was able to get a much better final image. I returned to the shop, and Brian presented me with an 8x10 that was crystal clear and tack sharp, it was better quality than the original photo. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the extra time Brian took to do this for me, he certainly didn’t have to. I never would have received this level of service from an online printer or from a large retailer. Thank you so much!

amazing service. owen was so nice and polite to the point i thought he was hitting on me. he wasn’t and i was very disappointed. other than that i’ve had no problems with this amazing company

Amazing service. These people go above and beyond. I had never been here before and my dad passed away recently and I was looking for somewhere that could develop negatives and make duplicates in house. They are the only place around. Most people ship them out. In just a few months I must have been here a dozen times. Dropping pictures off to have duplicates made, having photos scanned to a flash drive, having homemade movies converted to DVD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Turnaround was quick and prices very reasonable

I called because I was interested in backdrops but I always leave work at 3 pm which is when they close, they said “don’t worry, you can come, even if it says that we are close, we will open for you” I didn’t order my backdrop online because I thought I was gonna buy it there. Well, I drove over there nobody was there. I’m so mad and disappointed. I’m Definitely not getting anything from here anymore.

A great little place with excellent customer service! We went in with some specific instructions for photos and the owner and employee were very helpful in meeting them. They also have a very convenient parking lot in the back as well! A MUCH better experience than going to CVS or Walgreens for pictures, with wildly better results. They had professional lighting for photos, so the pictures came out very clear, and the process for printing and cutting was very fast. If you need passport photos done, come support this local business!
