I broke down on rt20 in front of this shop and asked for help. The owner and his mechanic stopped what they were doing to immediately help me, it was greatly appreciated.
I will highly recommend this shop to anyone, they are very professional, friendly and efficient gentlemen!

In brief, G&K is exceptionally good at fixing car problems and save your money. I lived in Worcester area for 7 years for my PhD program in UMass Medical School and has always been bringing my car to G&K. Based on my experience and many others in different reviews, G&K can often fix your problems and save you hundreds of dollars compared with other places. And they are also very humorous! They are like family to me and I acknowledged them at the end of my PhD thesis defense.

I was referred here by a friend who has had her car taken care of here for 15+ years. This really is a great team. I’ve never actually met any of them in person, I just keep sending them cars and they never fail to get it done on time and under budget. Some of the jobs were fairly involved while others very minor but they always manage expectations extremely well. They are also willing to work on relatively obscure stuff, not just the late model mainstream vehicles that most people drive. They’re my new one stop shop!

Great place to get your car fixed, the staff is awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, they know what they are doing and fairly price. Great place to have work done on your car. Make sure to call for an appointment can be very busy at times. Give you straight answers to work that needs to be done.
