ATM machine ate my card for no reason. After jumping through hoops to get it back, the bank manager had the audacity to try to convince me to open an account with them.

I totally recommend this place, Alex from the shrewsbury branch told me about this bank and how wonderful it is and I came down to the the front st branch and Armen did a wonderful job helping me out set up a account.

Glad I dodged a bullet with this place, spoke to a rep about their grand opening promotion and was told I had until 10/31/18 to take advantage of it. They ended the promotion the next day which was over two weeks early. Seems like poor business practices and poor planning from the jump with this place. I would steer clear
