After stopping at another boost store that was closed .... happily ended up at this Grafton st store. Glad I did. Received wonderful service

Got scammed. Was sold an already opened phone, was assured it wasn't used and only opened to do an update BUT 8 days later the screen crashed on me. Boost won't help after 7 days. Complete bs. Also 80 bucks to "activate" my phone when all he did was put a sim card into it. Don't go to this location. Very disappointed as I've had boost for 10+ years and all I wanted was to switch to a family plan so my daughter could have a phone. Waste of $150. Selling sketchy opened devices. Watch out.

Went to buy my kids new phones today for Christmas. I have a family plan. All I needed was 2 phones to put under the tree to replace the ones they have now. The person working the Boost store I went to told me he could only sell me a phone if I activate it which would render my children's phones useless. Now I KNOW I can buy a phone and not have it activated because I have done it before but I wonder how many other customers they have sent away?Oh and PS I got the Boost phones at walmart that said nothing about needing to activate and when I went to another store that sells Boost phones (looking for a case) they told me that the store is looking to make the money on the activation. Bad business.

Went at 11:00 am when store was listed as open to pay . Stire was not open. Stayed out front until 11:20. Very annoying. Had to come back at a later time. Really bad business practices.
