my insurance recommended Safelite for my windshield replacement. But auto glass now was able to get me in two weeks earlier for an appointment. i ended up not having Glass coverage on my insurance policy and they were $400 cheaper for windshield replacement and camera recalibration compared to Safelite and were faster than the two hours they quoted to get the work done. Very pleased with my experience.!

I highly recommend. Extremely professional and very realistic on timing. Service was outstanding. I went to what used to be JNPhillips and I ran from there as fast as I could. I didn’t trust they would do a good job. Auto Glass Now gave me confidence.

Steve was absolutely amazing!! He quickly located a replacement sunroof where there were only 4 in the country! When it came in, he notified us right away. I dropped the car off on a Thursday afternoon for a Friday appointment, and he notified us that he was able to fix it before he went home on Thursday!! So nice and polite - I would go here again in a heartbeat!!!

Be VERY careful this place is not to be trusted. Last summer I needed my windshield replaced. A tech from AutoGlassNow Worcester came to house, spent 5+ hours struggling to replace my windshield had to call his manager for help.
A few months later I was driving on the MassPike with my kids in the car, my rear view mirror falls out of the mount almost caused an accident. Turns out the tech broke the clips inside the mirror and mounted it back, did not inform me that he damaged my vehicle, instead was dishonest and shady and forced it back into place.
Called the tech maybe five times to come repair, would not return my call. Turns out he doesn’t work there anymore. About a month ago, I contacted the 800 number they sent another tech to my house. He assessed the damage, apologized and assured me they would order another one as it was a safety hazard and the repair had a five year warrenty.
A week goes by, I don’t hear anything. I call him to check in he says, no problem he will call the office and take care of everything. Again another two weeks go by and nothing. I called yesterday to inquire since no one has bothered to reach out. The Woman who answered the phone said oh so sorry they’re NOT going to honor the agreement to do the repair as it’s not covered under warranty.
No phone call, no apology, no communication. An empty promise a Manager would call me back today and no call. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. And leaving as many negative reviews and sharing through FB groups to avoid this dishonest business. I will also be contacting my insurance company and filing a complaint about this business since my insurance paid for this disaster service.

i would give zero stars if i could. each staff member provided different information and were very inconsistent when talking to me, and highly unprofessional. waited nearly a week for a manager to call and it was only because we finally canceled our claim with them and we were guaranteed our part and service within two days and went with another company.
