Absolutely terrible. They were practically ripping my hair out while combing it, they're extremely rude and they overall can't do hair without it getting fluffy and then they charge so much for such terrible work. They pulled out my hair, they thought very hard, they untangled my hair from the roots in a hurry, they washed my hair with their nails stuck in my head, my head hurt for days, they asked me, does your head burn? And because it would burn unless I ate mixing chemicals in the shampoo, bad experience, I'll never go back ??

Excellent service, I loved the hairstyle they did for me today and I always come here and I love how they leave my hair. I wouldn't change it for anything. Excellent salon. There are people who talk a lot but maybe they don't even know what they want or they don't know how to express themselves.

Went in for a cute pixie cut and was given a horrible uneven haircut. The stylist said it looked different than the reference picture due to my hair texture but I had already told her that I’ve had the same style on 3 other occasions. Don’t waste your time or money here

Never again would I go there, had an appointment for 2Never got seen till 6 or 7 hours later is cheap for a reason, the hair didn't even stay straight the next day and the lady kept burning my head worst place ever never again would I go there.

Arelis has been my stylist for more than 20+ years and I have never left with a frown on my face. I have tried other stylists but none compare to her abilities on my hair. If you go about doing odd processing to your hair dont expect miracles by going to other salons which did not do the job in the first place to blame. Arelis will tell you upfront what will happen to your hair if anything you trying to attempt its not recommendable. I support this business and her abilities 100%.
