The worst customer service they didn’t even know how to scan rewards for free pizza and I worked for the company in the past and I tried showing the workers only to get attitude and opposition the owner will loose money if he doesn’t teach his midday shift people on positive vibes and being cool with customers it’s not hard I know sometimes being in customer service can be hard if someone is disrespecting you be calm and ask that customer politely to leave but in my case I was trying to help them in scanning rewards I said to the worker please don’t be mean to me cause I wasn’t mean to him 7/11 corporate or franchise have to properly change policies on how to scan rewards with they cashiers it’s not hard and take away the you have to selll sell sell no your cashiers are not bussiness that sell sell sell is mind mind games it stresses out your cashires and creates stressful work enviroment your cashiers are not the ceos they are workers who tries to do the best they can

Rude service--I won't be going back. They yell at me across the store to put trash in outside waste basket-- when they have inside trash. Slow counter checkout on purpose.

I was pleased and surprised at what an comprehensive selection of Japanese snacks they carry. This might be because they are located directly next to Wan Wang, a Japanese restaurant. They also carry canned Bubble Tea. Other than that, it was a tidy, average, well stocked and faced 7-Eleven. I would have given 5 stars, if I wasn't made to feel I was interrupting a conversation or a phone call when I needed to be rung in. Also no cashier at this location has ever smiled or been engaging at all.

Worst night staff, no knowledge about customer relationship management.When asked for something, the night staff rudely rejects to cook anything.Why are you even working there? If you can’t cook readymade boneless wings for the customers.

So rude employees, especially the ones who work at night.The employee rejected to cook me 1 single slice of pizza.He literally forced me to buy one whole pizza. When asked to cook something else like the cheese taco rolls, he told me he won’t cook because no one buys rolls at night.
