Jason, I think you’re the worse you have no manners, no customer service skills, and just plain rude. Matter fact you’re an Ahole and remind me of one of those lowlife people you see on the corner in the city. I'd like to say worse but I’ll keep it PG.I asked for help looking for one item and you would think I asked you to move mountains.I heard you talk under your breath. Maybe you need to either get fired or find a new job. If I wasn’t a better person, I’d wait around. Don’t even get me started on the females working there LOL.But I guess you get that kind of “help”with what they pay workers at these stores. SMH.Do better Walgreens.

Very knowledgeable pharmacy staff. Floor staff not so good. When I came in a plastic bag was in the middle of the floor by register and frozen case. There were 2 employees standing near it talking non work issue. I got my Rx and asked a few questions at pharmacy then walked out. The bag was still in the middle of the floor, untouched by the gabby staff! How much are slip trip issues in court these days?

Bad experience with filling my son’s prescription. Workers couldn’t seem to fill scripts through Express Scripts. When trying to contact the store I was on the phone for 30+ minutes without anyone coming to the phone. At this point I knew this isn’t the experience I wanted for myself, as quickly as I had my son’s scripts transferred to them 2 days prior I quickly made the decision to have my scripts quickly transferred back to CVS! Guess what CVS filled the scripts with the same insurance that they couldn’t process information for prior. Walgreens the system was either down or the company should look into more training for your employees.What a 48hr nightmare w/Walgreens.

I mostly go for the pharmacy. Every person working behind that counter is absolutely lovely and really take pride in their work. My one star review is for the management. They can’t (or won’t) hire adequate staff to keep the pharmacy operating during the hours it should be. Management should be ashamed. It makes it much harder for me to pick up my medications since I work normal hours. I may need to go elsewhere.

They are Rude and out of hand. The kid Jason WAS THE WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM WALGREENS WANT A BE THUGS. THAT'S ALL THEY CAN GET. THE PHARMACY IS ALWAYS CLOSED WHEN YOU GET HOME FROM WORK. NO WONDER WHY THEY ARE CLOSING SO MANY STORES

Hours have changed and so has the attitude. Had my doctor call to pick my prescription up a day early and was accused of lying. Not only that threatening to call the police on me. In my all my years, and I am 59, have never been treated in such a way. CVS as a corporation has just gone downhill. Rude wherever you go now. One location even refused to cash us out demanded that we use self checkout.

The store was barely stocked. Employees were rude/inattentive. Grabbed some pistachios thinking they were on sale, but they were just stocked in the wrong spot. Then, the register didn't even ring up the correct non-sale price, and when I mentioned that discrepancy, the cashier said it was tax... there is no tax on food.

I went to pick up my husbands pain medicine (after having complete shoulder replacement) only to find pharmacy closed due to staffing shortage. Since prescription remains in their “que” it can’t be transferred. Unacceptable!
