“Great location for a visit to boston, midway between Back Bay and the North End, close to the Common. Convenient to the Freedom Trail and Beacon Hill. Luxury linens and friendly service. Exceptionally clean. We would definitely stay here again. Didn't use the gym,but we appreciated the bottled water and snacks in our room. Also, having a fridge in the room is a game changer.
I used the robe and slippers provided. I only wish there were more hooks for hanging the robe and towels! Only one towel bar didn't seem like enough. Also the partial shower door resulted in water on the floor every time we showered. We loved the motion-activated low blue lights that came on in the bathroom in the middle of the night. What a great idea!
We had a premium king with windows overlooking the street in front of the hotel. Always nice to have natural light.
The bar was always crowded, perhaps because they seem to give everyone free drink tickets when they arrive (wine and beer only). The coffee shop adjacent to the lobby is excellent but always had a line.
My other complaint is a lack of streaming apps. Only spotify and you tube were available. Would have been nice to have Amazon prime and Netflix so we could have had viewing options from our phones.
Overall, a great hotel.”

200 Boylston St, Boston“The best, most enjoyable breakfast in the Western Hemisphere is in the Four Seasons on Boylston St. Huge windows onto the lively and beautiful Boston Public Garden are the backdrop to really exceptional food and service. My Lobster Benedict had more lobster than a typical lobster roll, and it was so deliciously chewy that I was the last person to finish eating. The name of the restaurant, 'Aujourd'hu', is French for "amazingly excellent, and prices are much too low for this quality". I never mention names in reviews like this, but if the Wonderful Wilma is in attendance when you go, you're in luck.”

280 Friend St, Boston“Our toilet was running about every 3 minutes. The handles were installed wrong and you had to turn them 280 degrees to get the water to turn on and they were loose - which became difficult to turn water on at the sink because it ran into the wall and we’d have to lift it out of the socket just to get water. The light above the sink also was dangling. I told the front desk this, but maintenance had just left, so he sent housekeeping upstairs (who claimed it had all been fixed). It had not. No room exchange was offered. No points back (I’m Gold) offered either. So we turned off the toilet at the wall/water source and used the shower to brush our teeth and wash our hands A room like that shouldn’t have ever been let out- housekeeping should have noticed at turn over (and maybe they did! The hotel was full bc of a Bruins game). Simple fixes on hotels part, but a REAL obnoxious element to our stay. The bed was comfortable and pillows just fine. I liked the noise machine touch. I’m normally not a noise machine person but we used it. We were in room 501 and high enough up to not have issues with street noise or the sadness of Bruins fans on the night of a tough OT loss ?We had a late night drinks at the bar and had nice chats with the bartender. Which turned into some quick bites. All nice.We stay at a lot of IHG hotels. Just recently we stayed at the Indigo in St Louis (truly awful neglect on management part and doing a disservice to the brand) and Waco (excellent hotel all around). The hotel staff was excellent and available and informative without being overwhelming.Location is as good as it gets. Ubers were easy to grab over to the airport and over to Cambridge. Otherwise we walked or took the T.”
“Everything was exquisite! From check in to check out, and everything in between was amazing! Adam (concierge) went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I am an AGM and I’ve been in the hotel industry for 17 years and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I will definitely be back!”
“The fantastic location and wonderful staff made for an excellent stay here! Located in the Back Bay Area, Westin is situated near my new favorite shopping and eating area, Newbury Street. It's central to many locations: 5-minute walk to the Prudential Center close to many restaurants, across the street from the Boston Public Library and also within walking distance to the Boston Common. What we enjoyed most though was the friendly service from all the staff we encountered. We checked in late around 5ish and our room wasn't ready because housekeeping hadn't yet finished cleaning the spilled wine on the floor, courtesy of previous guests. We booked a room with 2 queen beds but because of the anime convention, they were fully booked on this room type, so they offered us a king suite with a sofa bed. Never one to be surly to anyone in the service industry, especially one who tried their best to make things right for us, I accepted the substitution without complaint. They were apologetic and gave us vouchers for a free breakfast the following morning. I love a good service recovery gesture! At breakfast, we met warm and friendly Ezra who gave us recommendations for the Seaport district and chatted with us about his family, his native Barbados and his 6'1" teenage son. Then we met Freddy and Irene at the Club Lounge and again, super friendly and welcoming! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.”

85 American Legion Hwy, Revere“A good hotel near the airport with breakfast included, I don't see it for a vacation but if you are connecting with another flight and spending the night, the majority of guests are stewards and pilots, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, Well soundproofed, blind-type curtains for light, clean common areas, vending machines and coffee 24 hours a day. gym, heated pool, free parking, varied buffet...well, €130 a night and it's pretty good, you won't be disappointed...”

58 Washington St, Marblehead“We had a wonderful time here. Stopped for one night on our road trip up to Maine and it was sad to say goodbye. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our stay was like stepping back in time. The cozy parlor and dining room were the best relaxing spots. We had a glass of wine from the little tavern on site & played games by the fire before going to a recommended place for dinner (walking distance, also great!). For breakfast, it felt like mom herself cooked you up a plate of yummy breakfast casserole! The room was everything. Clean, orderly, cozy. We had a room with a wood burning fireplace and fell asleep to crackles and pops of fire. I mean, does it get any better than that? It’s also so close to Salem, which makes the location top notch. We would highly recommend making harbor light inn a must do.”

70 Rowes Wharf, Boston“As pet-friendly hotel you can take your pet with extra $100 charge. The hotel staffs were all greatly paying attentions to the guests and service quality are at very high level. But you can’t take your pets into the restaurant and you can’t leave the pet alone in the room so it’s difficult to have breakfast/dinner in the hotel restaurant if you accompanied with your pets. That’s the minis point.”
“Perfect hotel for a stay in Boston. Quiet, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped room. The staff is very helpful. 5 minutes walk from a metro station on the green line. The valet parking lot is very convenient for parking during your stay. It's a good value for Boston. There is a Cheesecake Factory nearby. The neighborhood is quiet.”

278 Cabot St, Beverly“We loved our stay at The Cabot Lodge! Yes, the rooms are petite, but beautifully kept, well designed with unbelievably comfortable beds! Our 20 something kids loved the attention to detail design of the rooms, free snacks and the comfy beds. Melanie and her son were the sweetest! They were very fun, engaging and helpful for area restaurant recommendations and bar soap :)The location is ideal for all the above and The Cabot Theater. Thank you!!”

209 Essex St, Salem“I stayed here the last two nights on my bucket list trip to Salem. They were amazing, the room was awesome and the whole place was beautiful and luxurious without breaking the bank. Bonus it’s right in the middle of Essex St so in the middle of everything, making walking around easy. I got here before check in so they held my bags while I explored and delivered them to my room when I checked in. The 2 ladies at the front desk the last 2 evenings were absolutely amazing and helpful, gave lots of suggestions on restaurants and things to do, they even gave me a map and directions! Would definitely recommend The Hotel Salem to anyone!”

776 Boylston St, Boston“It’s hard to beat a stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The attention to detail is absolutely incredible! Something I so appreciate when I stay. You’ll see in my photos how they organize your items when you leave. I’m organized, not that organized. Each time you walk into your room they make sure it is a place where you feel like you can relax. We came in on a cole rainy day and they sent hot chocolate up to our room for us and our kids. There was a nice chocolate gift waiting for us, and each day after! They organize your cords and give you screen cleaners if they notice a device with a unclear screen. The list continues. If you want to feel completely pampered when you are in Boston, stay at the Mandarin Oriental.Nearby activities: The hotel is connected to the Prudential center (mall and very tall building with great views you can pay to go to the top of). It is located on Back Bay surrounded by great shopping and restaurants.Walkability: You are surrounded by shops, entertainment, and food. Hard to beat the location unless you are looking for a specific place in Boston to be next to.Noteworthy details: Go to the spa, it’s free with your stay and has a luxury hot tube and steam shower.”

Great location, nice staffs and affordable.I took one star off because the cleaning lady didn’t come to my room once while I was staying there, but it probably because my room was a little “out of the way”.Overall it is a great place and I would stay again when I’m in Boston!”

3 McKinley Square, Boston“Lovely hotel right in the center of downtown Boston! I stayed in a suite on the second floor, there was only one other room near me. Hotel room was a great size, bedroom itself was huge! Staff was extremely friendly! They have an observation deck on the 27th floor but unfortunately it was closed due to a snow storm. The heater can be LOUD but I didn't mind it. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Boston!Walkability: Right in the middle of Downtown near the harbor!”

154 Berkeley St, Boston“Stayed there one night while we were in town for blue man group show and instead of driving an hour home we stayed in Boston. This place was better than expected. The valet was over the top friendly, nice and welcoming. The check in was easy and hassle free and the male employee checking us in was super nice. When we got back to the hotel after the show the room next to us there seemed to be a domestic situation and we called down to the front desk which resulted in security or whoever I didn’t see responding to that room within minutes and there was no other issues for the rest of the night. Room was clean and decent sized. Requesting our vehicle from valet was super easy and check out was smooth the following day.Thought the hotel was priced reasonably although, I can’t provide comparison to nearby hotels since this is the first hotel that came up when googled it. I liked the reviews and the price so I booked it. Next time we venture into Boston and decide to stay the night we definitely will stay here again.Rooms: Spacious and clean. Temperature was perfect when we walked in. Wish the bathroom had a tub instead of just the shower.Food & drinks: Fire and ice restaurant was 5 min walking distance from hotel.”
“Thank you so much for this wonderful place. I’m an active duty Sailor and this place was recommended to me by my CO. Stayed three nights and slept like a baby. Wonderful breakfast and coffee available all day long. Seriously appreciate this R&R opportunity before heading back out to sea again. Some pics of my room (the mess is my fault; I’m about to check out)There are a few rules that come with staying here so if your goal is come to Boston to get sloshed this might not be the right place to stay the night.Driving and need to park overnight?Postal parking garage is about a 18 min walk from here. $9 a night.”

40 Berkeley St, Boston“Don't let the "bath down the hall" scare you away! They were always clean, they are a private bathroom shower/sink/toilet with locking doors, they were usually unoccupied, and not far from any of the rooms. The hotel is beautiful and in an amazing area with everything you need close by! Not far from the trains or busses either. We will definitely stay here again! The bed was super comfortable as well. My only small complaint is that other patrons weren't courteous of others when going back and forth to their rooms, they were obnoxiously loud. Overall 5/5, everyone at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating to requests.Rooms: Clean and comfortable, not too big and not too small.Walkability: Multiple restaurants and stores close by, also close to trains and busses.”

Breakfast the next day was everything you needed with service with a smile&some banter. Front desk ladies gave us a list of walkable restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe was paying $39 for parking as the garage is not enclosed. But can't complain about anything elseWalkability: Tons of shops/restaurants nearby on foot!Food & drinks: A handful of different places to choose from”

20 Sidney St, Cambridge“Could not believe the value for the price. Great decor. Friendly staff. We were welcomed with a glass of glass/rosé! The suite was the same price as a regular room so we went with that. Very spacious, with two Queen beds and a little “living room” area (open concept). The restaurant was lovely and everything we ate and drank was delicious! The only down, which is why I’m giving the rooms 4 stars is because the clock was disconnected and when I went to try to plug it in I found that the space behind the night table was SUPER dusty and had some fallen items back there like a hair elastic. Other than that though, in the more viable areas it did seem clean. Would stay here again!”

It is located near a little shopping area and you can walk on over across the street for breakfast/coffee in the morning and one of the other yummy restaurants at night! Lastly, the staff was absolutely wonderful and kind. The valet, the two beautiful ladies at the front desk, etc; every interaction I had was top knotch, professional, and sweet. Glad to have stayed here!”
