We frequent the Williamstown Post Office due to our online business, and I must say that that do an incredible job! They are extremely friendly and are very happy to help. It is a pleasure to do business with them. They are a great part of the community.

We have been dealing with lost mail. I sent very important time-sensitive documents via certified mail from Los Angeles to New Ashford and tracking shows that it probably never left the LA post office. No one in LA cared or offered any help and the main line for USPS was of no assistance. We only received a claim number. On Saturday Randy from the Williamstown USPS called me and told me that he was going to follow up with all levels at the Los Angeles USPS. He advised us to file a claim and was so knowledgable and helpful. It was wonderful to receive a call from a caring and concerned human being! Thank you Randy!

Absolutely horrible customer service from rural driver! Never delivers to our house and the post master has been out several times! Amazon gets to our house just fine! Lazy driver!

This is now the second time that the driver scans my package as delivered to my home and it's not very very disappointing no wonder they're going out of business UPS and FedEx are way more reliable and trustworthy.

Our packages either never get delivered or delivered to the wrong house and when I track each package it say delivered to front door.

Went to drop off a package and didn't have tape to attach a label. Had no problem trying to sell me a whole role of tape but couldnt give me two pieces for a 5 x 3 box. What a disappointment and lack of customer service. Good thing UPS and FedEx actually have nice packaging areas and give supplies to help you ship out. Guess thats another reason why USPS is struggling to stay a float.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The web site incorrectly lists passport application hours, which are M-F 10-3pm and Sat 10-12pm by appt only.

I work in customer service for a retail brand and called this location to verify a client’s address (it appeared to be a PO Box there, but they didn’t provide a street address). They explained they could not confirm this info due to security reasons, which I understood and respected. However, I cannot remember a time I’d been more rudely spoken to (even in my years of CS). I’d explained my inquiry to a nice women who asked me to hold and I was transferred to the supervisor, Miguel. He would not let me speak and instead kept talking over me VERY loudly saying that they could not give out a client’s info. I tried to express that I understood this and ask what he recommend I do next, but I could not get a single word in. I ended the call by asking that he have a good day and hung up very flustered.
