After looking at many apartment choices in the metro west area I chose The Ellington. The staff was incredibly (and genuinely) friendly. Lauren was so easy to work with and answered my many questions patiently. The amenities are beautiful and the property is wonderfully maintained. The apartment is renovated and gorgeous. The grounds are kept meticulously. And, my biggest concern about living in a complex was the noise - it is very quiet !! And most importantly, my golden retriever is a welcome resident. 5 stars!!

Absolutely loved the service the moment we walked in. Lauren at the office is so welcoming and informed. She is fairly new however she didn't let that get in her way while helping us with all our questions and requests. Responded within minutes to our every email and made our move in very easy and smooth. Chris, the property manager was very helpful as well. The team is pretty quick with their response time. The place is quite and well maintained, facilities look great. They have couple of dog parks which is a win!

I’ve been renting since ~2010 and this is the best place I’ve ever lived. Friendly staff, responsive repairs, and well kept amenities and grounds. Our unit even had a small (fenced) backyard, which was perfect for our dog. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Amazing! From the moment you walk through the doors to the office they are there to greet you with a sincere desire to listen to what you are looking for. They are very knowledgable in understanding and helping you to
find the perfect apartment to fit your current needs. The apartments are very spacious and the layout and design is incredible. They are currently renovating them and to be honest you would think the unrenovated apartments were the newly renovated because they are just as nice. Chris and Lauren are such a pleasure and have a lot of energy that makes the hunt for an apartment a very fun and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Ellington Metro West to anyone that is currently looking for a new place to call home. You will not be disappointed with the welcome and treatment you receive the moment you walk through those doors.

Great place to live! Amenities are fantastic, rooms are spacious and location is perfect. The gym has up to date equipment and is cleaned regularly. The community of people are kind, I’ve made some nice friends with dogs

From start to finish my leasing experience was exceptional. The leasing team was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the entire process seamless (shoutout to Moh!). The apartment itself exceeded my expectations; it was clean, well-maintained, and move-in ready. I really appreciate how big the apartment space is and for a reasonable rent price… not to mention no parking fees which other apartments nearby do not have (Framingham, Nattick etc.). I highly recommend Ellington Metro West to anyone looking for a hassle-free renting experience. They truly prioritize tenant satisfaction and make you feel right at home. I’m super excited to live here for the next year—(and hopefully counting!) ✨

I have lived at Ellington Metro West for the past year (and plan to continue living here for the forseeable future b/c I love it so much) and it has been nothing short of absolutely delightful! It has by far been the best living experience I have ever had, along with the absolute BEST leasing staff and maintenance team there is. I have had zero problems with my apartment, the community, the staff, the amenities, etc. Ever since I moved into EMW, Chris and Moh have been the BEST and do everything with a smile on their faces ! EMW is the perfect community and truly feels like home.

I have lived here 7 years after selling my home. During this period, there have been 3 owners. The current one is the best and only one that has upgraded facilities. Shout out to Mohammed and Chris, as well as the maintenance staff. They respond to needed repairs quickly. There is ample parking. The other tenants seem quiet to the point of aloofness, as is typical of New Englanders or renters here for just a few months. The parking is adequate. I had to buy my own gas range to replace the bottom-of-the-market model provided. Broiler in the bottom drawer? You must be kidding! After all this time, I have water stains on every ceiling due to leaks from above. The carpet is threadbare; the bathroom fixtures low end. I replaced the shower heads and toilet seats. There is noise from a nearby gun range. Dog owners are careless in ignoring their pet’s feces. There are no restaurants within walking distance. One must have a car. My unit has a garage, so I am not inclined to move. I do wish Berkshire would install some EV charging stations. I have to pay for gas heat and electricity for central air, so the lack of insulation is expensive and a climate killer. But all in all, this place is satisfactory.

I'm a 4-year resident at this apartment complex. I'm impressed at the hospitality and helpfulness of the front desk staff member Mr. Mohamed. He's helped me on more than one occasion, and I appreciate him being part of the community.

The management at this community is Amazing.The Gentleman is so polite,Understanding and has great communication.I never had any issue in my apartment as everything is fairly new and up to date.We have been here for 2 plus so far we love the experience.
