My advisor, Jon, and Bill, service manager, always work hard to squeeze me in, find a loaner vehicle, locate coupons for discounts, etc. But, on this last visit, they went above and beyond to help me out. More so than any other business I can think of that I have worked with. They were kind, compassionate and generous when I needed it most, showing that the people they deal with are not just numbers, but valued in their dealership, and matter to them.

Adrian Minervini gave us five star service. He respects customers from different cultures, he’s willing to answer our questions and very attentive. We didn’t expect we could buy a Tiguan so fast and smoothly. Also as a woman customer, I felt respected by Adrian which is rare in other auto dealership. My husband and I are both satisfied with his service, not to mention the brand new car comes with good price. I highly recommend this gentleman in this VW store.

Dylan in the service center was absolutely exceptional. We had car trouble on the way back home and had our car towed to Colonial, and while I never even met Dylan in person, his level of service was unmatched, and our car was fixed quickly and fixed well!

Had my 2013 TDI Sportwagen in for multiple lights on the dash. Jon Lacey got the techs on it, and they uncovered a failed Diesel Particulate Filter (yikes) and a bad wheel bearing with ABS collar. Very costly, but John helped me work thru the factors to make the right choice.
