The West Springfield, MA Kohl's ws active with shoppers. Staff kept the displays tidy (always a big job) and the dressing rooms clear. That attendant was very busy but still pleasant and helpful.

Go to do a return and the amazon return person she just horrible doesn't want to help people you are working in customer service and its to help ppl in a task assist in RETURNS!! IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO IT DONT WORK THERE!

Great store and customer service at West Springfield, CT Kohl's. I called customer service to see if an item I ordered online was ready for pickup and was put through to Milton who was getting the order ready. He was so kind and helpful, even called me back to let me know item was found and ready for pickup. Every time I called customer service for information, they have been so helpful and courteous. Thank you customer service and especially to Milton for his help!

a few days ago we went to the store and i saw a large pot that i really needed .but it was 70.00 so i didnt want to pay that much and didnt buy it.yesterday we went back since they were having a big sale and it was a good one so many bargins in every dept. i was walking around and ended up where pots and pans were and lo an behold there was my pot one left with no price on it.so i went to the3 checker machine they have for customers and it said 30.00.i was happy to get it .

Weather Springfield kohl's is one of my favorites. The staff here is so nice and helpful. Nice clean store and clean restroom.

Always a very interesting variety of clothes here. I usually like to pop in to see what’s available when I’ve exhausted all my other options.
Store is usually kept pretty clean.
But as you can imagine, when it comes to the self check out line it’s a disaster..

My favorite store for lots of things! I love the sales, coupons & kohls cash. I prefer to order on my app but when I need to return things or even pick something up it's always here. Then I pick up more things!! I do desperately miss the Mens Croft & Barrow Sweatshirts. Please bring them back!! The other brand has way less quality.

So many ugly clothes lately. Limited size selection. Dressing rooms are now universal for men, women and children. Very few store employees to ask for assistance.

Kohl’s “take an extra 30% off” coupon is a trick to get you to shop there. There are so many restrictions and you find out when you check out many of the items your buying don’t qualify for the discount. Very frustrating shopping experience thinking you got a deal and then you have to return the item for credit because no percentage came off.
Why does kohl’s try to make it seem you’re getting a deal and then have so many restrictions?
Also, profit and margins are important to any business, but the everyday prices are high? Is Kohl’s targeting a upscale customer with more money?
