Another representative, when I walked in your store, listened to my problem and gave me an 800 number and that was about it. Not at all kind or helpful. Just matter-of-fact. No smiles, no reassurance, nothing. I then saw Jay and asked him to help and he was amazing and solved my problem quickly. He called the 800 number for me and gave them all the information and in less than 20 minutes I was all set. He could not have been nicer, and I will forever be indebted to him for such wonderful help and kindness. He thanked me for coming back to T-Mobile as I was a previous customer.”
