I am very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the unit that I have rented for the last 2 years. Service exceptional! They have an answering service when they are not available and that has helped me expedite my questions faster.

CHEAP PLACE TO RENT IF YOU WANT MICE IN YOUR STUFF.If I could give a zero star rating I would. I rented a storage unit here for 6 months, I came back to move my stuff out yesterday. I found a dead mouse in the corner, mice feces everywhere, my boxes were shredded from the mice. I had to throw most of my stuff away because the mice used my stuff as a bathroom. I went to the office to speak to someone, first off the stench of cigarettes lingering inside that office is overwhelming, second the lady was rude and stated that she could not do anything about it. She also stated that I was lying about the dead mouse and feces everywhere, thank god I took pictures, I showed them to her and she brushed it off like she didn’t care. Never again will I rent from them. Customer service is terrible and the place is disgusting.

It's a good place to store but not good if you are a non smoker, paying your Bill can be overwhelming because of the overpowering odor of tobacco it gets in your clothes and hair and it fouls the air.

I actually want to comment on corporate E-Z Storage. I'm not actually at this location, but I don't want to risk getting the very nice woman in charge of my site in trouble. The charge if a payment is late, the charge for my unit is $72.60, 20% of the cost of my unit! My bank warned me, a little too late, that postal delivery was getting so slow that I shouldn't rely on their sending a check, (Thank you, Louis DeJoy). So the check was late. The manager at my location tried to warn me, but I really couldn't come up with a second monthly payment that fast. So because of the late fee, I was considered late the next month -- and they didn't cash the check I had sent them. So I had to pay 2 months rent, plus this outrageous late fee. I decided to pay a month ahead, so this couldn't happen. I get an email telling me that , by the way, they've raised my rent by 10%. I rather think that E-Z Storage is profiteering on the slow mail delivery. They have not concern for their customers -- they could have extended the grace period or lowered the fees. So I imagine that a lot of their customers are now losing their units and everything in it. One good thing, I've decided that I'd rather get rid of most of my stuff that continue dealing with E-Z Storage.

Pretty affordable have no issues the owners are very very polite that work at the front desk and I have no issues and I ask has anything ever been stolen or broken into here and I was told no I haven't had no issues so I'm happy
