Rude. Dean is super rude and epects you to sit inside waiting room on nice days
The female lawn gnome that does the stickers doesn't even look where she is placing the jack to jack up the car..has no idea how to check a suspension or steering system. This is why this place is ALWAYS empty. DO NOT GO HERE

When I had sudden engine trouble on the way to work- Amanda and Dean were able to fit me in between appointments and were able to help find the problem and address it in a timely manner. Very transparent, helpful, and easy to work with!

Wife went for a quick inspection sticker on a 2 year old truck. They claimed the wipers were no good that were only couple months old. And that the headlights were too high. Even though the truck was bone stock from the dealership. They just look for things to fail even if there's nothing wrong so they can charge u to fix it there on spot.

The two old bats that run the place have no personality at all,went in for inspection sticker had a license plate bulb out,the old coot say he'll replace it, two minutes later says he doesn't have the time and hands me a half dozen clips and a rejection sticker.That is the worst place I've ever been to 1/2 dozen thumbs down ?

The completed training certificates in the customer entrance say it all loudly, Dean has more degrees than a thermometer, bring your vehicle here for service then drive with confidence, done once done right!

Recently my wife took our 2017 Acura to Dean's for an inspection sticker. Having had it serviced in Auburn at the dealer just a few weeks earlier along with a safety inspection we figured no problem. To my surprise when my wife came home she told me of the rejection sticker we got . I immediately called Dean's and advised them that Acura had just serviced it and didn't find any issue. The woman on the other end of the phone stated "it was very minor" and that she wasn't allowed to tell me what the rejection was for? My wife immediately returned to Acura and told them what had happened. The car was reinspected at Acura and passed no problem. No repair was needed! I will be forwarding this information to the state with all supporting documents.

Recently my wife brought our 2017 Acura to Dean's for an inspection sticker. Having had it serviced just weeks earlier at Acura in Auburn we figured no problem. To my surprise when she returned home I was told of the rejection sticker for safety. I immediately called Dean's expressed my concern and was told by the woman on the other end of the phone that it was a minor problem and that she couldn't tell me what it was for? My wife returned to Acura in Auburn several days later and passed inspection with no problem. No repair was needed or done! This information along with all supporting documentation is being forwarded for review.

Second time I've been to Dean's personally, but many family and friends have also been here and they recommended it. In fact, my grandfather used to come here back in the 80s/90s. This time, I just got an inspection sticker and wiper blade change (mine were admittedly bad). They offered two tier prices for blades and install was super fast. Paid about $80 for the inspection sticker, two new blades and their installation. Waited less than half hour INCLUDING a customer in front of me. That's impressive. Professional and kind people. (plus bought a cool shelf"tag sale style" super cheap so I'm an extra happy camper!)Services: Wiper blade installation
