“I went in after buying a ring online from another vendor to get info on re-sizing. Rafi told me the size I would need and also the cost. But since re-sizing would ruin the inscription, he touched it up, for no cost so I could return it to the original seller without any fee. “I needed a gift and fast! I called to see if they had a particular watch but while on hold had to take another call that took a lot longer than expected. I received a call back and returned the call shortly after closing. They went out of their way to provide their cell phone number so I could text them a picture of what I was looking for, remember this was after closing the store. “This guy is really just stand up. I’m not rich, so when I invest in something, it’s important to me. Specifically, when I invest in something that has sentimental value… then it’s really really important to me. So here goes- long story short- I bought matching rings for my daughter and I. Not only did he add to my idea with his own- the rings came out absolutely gorgeous. I asked my boy in Florida who also happens to be a Jeweler in Boca Raton- he said “it’s amazing that he put this high level of quality work into a piece that financially wouldn’t benefit him much. I mean this is truly of the highest quality craftsmanship wise.” Here is the kicker- I gave him a budget that ranged between two dollar amounts. Not only did The rings came out better than I could have ever imagined- he then hit me with a price about half of the lower number I requested. The world is a rough place right now. They are in the process of moving across the street from Shaw's on Rt 44 Raynham. So the owner said it may be 2 weeks before I could pick my ring up. To my surprise the following Tuesday I got a call that my ring was ready. It fits perfectly and again they are so professional and family oriented. I couldn't be happier. This is now my jeweler. “I brought two rings to Warren Jewelers to have fixed. Both are very sentimental and my wife was nervous giving them to anyone. I was informed of the repairs that would be performed and agreed with their professional recommendation. The owner informed me that is would take seven to ten business days, I was fine with this timeline. I was called seven days later to pick the rings up. The price was exactly what I expected. Upon returning the rings to my wife she was amazed at how they looked. Meticulously cleaned, repair undetectable. The diamonds shine more than the day we purchased them. I am extremely happy with the level of service and expertise. Exceptional company.”

“Have been meaning to write a positive review re Chateau Jewelers after they added diamonds to my 50+ year-old wedding ring a few months ago. When I went to pick it up, the guy who did the work came running out from the back room saying, "Wait! I want to see her face when she sees the upgraded ring!" I was absolutely delighted and I guess I showed my enthusiasm. Lovely to see a skilled jeweler take such pride in his workmanship. I don't buy much jewelry but would trust Chateau if/when I do. They made the experience fun!”
