I am amazed at how helpful and willing to go the extra mile these guys are. As an audio engineer with a modest home studio, I have found that it is easy to get lost in the sea of information out there when trying to decide on what gear to buy. My first experience here included squeezing me in for an hour long one-on-one tutorial on a piece of used gear, when the shop would have otherwise been closed, then allowing me to take the gear home to try it out (with a signed demo agreement and cc auth of course), and then a follow-up hour long tutorial at their showroom with my studio partner. They have excellent prices and can get just about any gear you may want. The best part in my opinion is that you are giving your money to local people, who you actually get to interact with, instead of one of the online stores or big chain stores which usually have limited knowledge and support available. These guys rock and I will definitely be returning.
