I went into the bank to deposit a check and they wouldn't do it! They said it HAD to be done through the ATM or they could "help" me deposit it through my app. Why are they there if you can't even do normal banking with them?! They actually told me to go to a different branch to make the deposit in person! A complete waste of my time and a waste of resources to whoever is paying those people to be there and do nothing except tell customers to go somewhere else! Unbelievable!
