Love love love this store and Lane and Joe. We visited a lot of tile stores around Metrowest and did plenty of research online, ultimately buying everything at Art of Tile and Stone. Awesome selection in a wide array of price ranges, fantastic customer service. When we fell in love with something in the showroom that was (way) out of our price range, so Joe and Lane helped us explore alternatives for a similar look at a lower price point.

Hands down the best tile shop in the Metrowest if not all of Boston. We went to MANY tile shops and were either ignored or met with attitude and condescension. Not here. Joe was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and nurturing. He gave advice when asked, and didn't when he sensed we wanted to make our own decisions. He gave us excellent pricing on all of our selections, matching and even beating prices given at bigger stores. He's not only a great design resource, but he was an installer so he knows what products work and don't in terms of grout and caulk. I will never go elsewhere for tile or stone again. Thank you Joe!
