The driver communicated well with me, worked around my schedule, was prompt, courteous, and drove me home even though I was within walking distance. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again should the need arise.

Frank is definitely not a "people person". You ask him a simple question and rather than answer you in a professional manner, he screams at you and makes you feel stupid. I would definitely not recommend this business to my worst enemy!!

RUDE. Unprofessional. And said “ if you don’t stop with ur attitude I’m tacking on more money to your bill”. Mind you they kept my car for an extra day because they didn’t plow THIER lot.

Frank really goes above and beyond to help his customers just this past winter I got hit by a guy who ran a stop sign while me and my daughter were sitting at a red light and we were slammed right into the middle of the intersection we had to get out of there quick yet my vehicle was stuck in a 6-foot snowbank it was a real tough angel to get the car out but Frank came and moved us out safely! Then afterwards he made the paperwork and getting my car out easy and friendly thanks a lot Frank

Would not recommend anyone. The customer service is terrible. Very hostile environment. The destroyed my front end and said it was my fault. All I wanted was quality sevice. Disgusted!
