I just had one of the best customer service interactions I ever experienced with Bello Automotive. My windshield wipers broke and I couldn’t see out of our windshield. We happened to be lucky enough to pull into Bello automotive after they had been closed for hours. The guys came out and fixed our windshield wipers in the freezing cold finger numbing weather. They refused to take our money as well. If these guys would help out strangers in need then they are surely the best place for all your automotive needs. Thank you Bello Automotive! You guys are lifesavers

Very grateful, once again thank you and I respect you, I recommend you 100%, very professional, attentive and patient, solving the problem. I'll tell you the long story short and it is that I arrived at the place due to an electrical problem in my truck in the turn signal lights and the left brake light after my person had tried all that day I arrived at his workshop and within a minute he found the problem and It resolved....thanks Kris, truly blessings on your business.

I drove from PA to visit my cousins in Boston and had issues with the car driving there. Someone recommended Bello automotive that was nearby. I was very happy with the service they did at this place. Very good price and excellent service. Drove back without any issues and car is still running great. I don't think I can describe in words how truly cared for I felt by George and his team. I feel like I had a unique situation, and I don't think anyone in this world would have taken care of me the way Bello Automotive did- it's a family business and I truly left feeling part of the family. To start, we came to visit my family in Worcester for a weekend and did not anticipate as radical of a weather change: we drove to their house with the heat on, and just my luck the day I had to be home because of work the next day, it was 85˚F outside, and as my family were driving around on the last day of our visit, the A/C would not turn on, no matter how low I set my trucks climate control. Normally, we would have roughed it until I could get home and have one of my friends look at it, but as a new parent to an amazing 1 year old boy, I could not let him drive in the truck in such heat and I could not compromise missing a day. I asked my family what to do, and they referred me to Bello Automotive. After we got there around noon and were greeted by their adorable little bulldog in their office, George and his son Chris told me that I had nothing to worry about, and they would make sure that we could make it home in comfort before the day was over. In just a couple hours, as promised, George called me to let me know that the cabin of my truck was now able to double as a refrigerator. He told me about the work he did, me being someone with a small background in physics and automobiles can tell, he explained me exactly what was wrong, what he did to fix it, and the instruments and tools he used to verify that I had a complete and long-lasting repair. While there, my interest was piqued with all the cool custom work they currently had going on in the shop, fully custom turbo builds and even a 2JZ engine swap into a car that normally would have no business fitting such a large motor, Chris told me about all the work he does, and I could see true passion, knowledge and experience right in his work- the newly rebuilt garage was like living portfolio of what Bello Automotive can do. I couldn't help but want to drive the hours from home there just to have him do some custom work on our sports car. We were able to hit the road with plenty of time to spare, and we with our 1 year old, not only were able to make it home safe and comfortable with trust that our cooling problem was solved, but also with memories of such a great experience and the acquaintance of one of the most caring, diligent, and trustworthy automotive shops I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
