My bf has been attempting to get a package appropriately shipped 3x to his apartment via specific instructions to UPS. It kept getting returned because they hired people that don’t seem to read. He has been sitting at this location for over an hour after obtaining the approval to pick up the package in person. The UPS staff is then laughing amongst themselves and cracking jokes. CUTE. NOW theyre telling him he’s not allowed to get the package due to it being intercepted, but if the morons had simply followed the initial instructions, none of us would be in this mess right before the storm hits. It’s a shame they don’t hire a more professional staff that can handle simple drop-off instructions.

Two instances:1) ordered something, tracking never updated, turns out it was sitting at my package storage waiting for me, but everything else stated it was "missing".....It was never scanned at the warehouse, and it was never scanned upon delivery.....twice, scanning was missed, how is that even possible??2) had an order from a winery, stating someone 21+ has to sign. My building is split in two, and the package room is in the other building. I saw UPS pull up, so I ran downstairs and I sat outside the leasing office, waiting to sign. Somehow, they were let into my actual building, left a note on my door that they couldn't deliver...... Now I have to wait a second day, and hope I don't miss it.....why was the package not brought to the leasing office like they usually are?ever since I moved into this new building, UPS has been an absolute nightmare. I have no issues with any other delivery service.

Waiting all day for the package Which they keep deferring is on its way. Well it’s been on its way from 8am in the morning and it’s now 9:50pm. The warehouse is no more than 10-15 min drive from the delivery address. Customer service? Someone please tell me what’s happens to customer service nowadays. Would give it a zero but can’t get over the lies and extended pushback for a paid delivery service. Don’t promise a service if you can’t delivery. If you can’t delivery then at least have common self respect to apologize.

Worst experience ever. They scheduled delivery for 1-5pm. Came at 10am and missed me. Called to reschedule. They refused and promised to leave the package here for 7:30-8:30pm. Came to pick up here and they say it is not there and they lost the package. The worst experience ever.

I ordered a laptop from dell and it was shipped as UPS worldwide express saver, which UPS claims as one business day. UPS tool 6 days to deliver and multiple calls to customer service were not helpful. If I need to ship next time, I will use FedEx or USPS

Small room, unresponsive staff. Can make you wait forever in a tiny room. FedEx is better
