Not sure if I spoke w the manager or owner. He was very professional, was able to communicate clearly. I had no appointment, he was able to check my car in less than 10 minutes. No charge.I then filled up my car. Even the gas station was attendant professional and affable.Happy to give them my money

This used to be my go-to neighborhood gas station and I always found the attendants to be kind and prompt…. however I seriously question the quality of their gasoline they sell. I was always using the premium grade, and noticed over time that my fuel efficiency was going down (a significant amount, like 40-50%). I had my mechanic look into the cause of it multiple times, but he didn’t find anything and so I assumed my car was getting older and less efficient. Fast forward to a road trip to DC where I noticed my fuel efficiency went way up and back to its normal range, and since returning Ive been going to the Citgo in Cushing Square and my fuel efficiency has remained normal (I wanted to make sure it wasnt highway vs city driving making the difference, and it wasn’t) So I do NOT recommend using their gas, the slightly cheaper prices they offer do not at all outweigh the loss of efficiency to your vehicle.

I used to really like going here because the gas is always the best price. I would not recommend going to this full service station any longer. Tonight I asked to fill up with regular but the attendant filled up with premium which is significantly more expensive. Because this is a full service station, I didn’t know until I was handed back the receipt. It shows that I was charged for premium which is not what my car takes nor what I asked for. When I asked the man about it, he said there was nothing he could do about it. He over charged me by about $10 and in this age of inflated prices, every $10 counts. He repeatedly said it was his mistake and unfortunately that does me no good as there is apparently no way for him to make it right. There are no consequences for his mistake except to me. I understand mistakes happen but I was clear when I asked for regular and have always asked for regular. If the person pumping needs clarification, he should ask before charging for the most expensive gas. Pumping myself at the local shell would’ve saved me the $10 I overpaid here and I will make an effort to go there instead from now on.

Avoid this place at all costs! I went for an inspection and was told it would be 30min. Instead it took over 2hrs when there was only one person ahead of me. He also suggested he would fill up my wiper fluid as a courtesy and then charged me $10 for it. The guy is clearly a scammer, judging by the other reviews. Again, avoid this place if you're looking for an inspection--there are dozens of other places in the area.

Cheap gas but avoid getting an inspection there. I was rejected for a leaky strut. My suspension is fine! Never even heard of that.This guy was fishing for business. I talked to other places and they said they would never reject unless there was a safety issue. Mine was not! Makes me skeptical of the culture in that garage. Hope people see this and it saves them the unnecessary reapair I have to pay for, at ANOTHER garage!

Wish I had seen the reviews here. Echoing everyone else’s sentiments. Openly racist person working there (not sure if owner). Previous visit, also experienced rude behavior but chalked it up to a bad day. Nope. Please avoid at all costs.

These people are rip offs....I purchased $25.00 in gas and they put a $200.00 hold on my card and insisted that the next time I should go inside the station to make the payment.....What kind of mess is that ..... Very suspicious activity.... Don't goes there in the middle of the night even though it says open 24 hours

Scammers. They were mad the transaction on my credit card went through as cash price, cancelled the transaction, then called the police claiming I didn’t pay. Got a call from the Watertown police and had to drive back to pay in cash. In good faith I asked for my the gas it took to come back to pay and the gas attendant’s response was “talk to him” referring to the police officer. Never again will I spend a dime with a business this disrespectful.

Bring cash. This is an old style business that has been here for years. They have their way of doing things. It is a good way of doing things, and provides the neighborhood with great value. My family has been going here since I was a kid sittting strapped in the back seat. And, yes, you may have to wait while they attend to another customer. Even with multiple attendants, they do get overwhelmed.Trying saying hello and making eye contact when you ask to fill up.
