I called for 4 weeks straight and never received a call back even to this day. The answering service employees even started to remember my name when I would call in. They apologized that no one had return my calls and wished they could have done more for me. I also reached out to them via the contact us page and still nothing. Very disappointing as this was given to me as a resource from my HR department and it was a huge waste of time.

NEVER received my money. Staff was very rude and pushy, I never was able to speak to a manager. 16 days later… still no money. Had two deaths back to back and I am struggling. Very disappointed.

They didn’t really help it would have been better if they denied me and they say there here to help pay bill get you out of debt I still got evicted because they only gave me 15%of what I needed to stay in my home thank you so much two ten for uprooting my family

My life fell to pieces one night leaving work, when I received a parents worst nightmare call that my child was heading to emergency. After over a week of my daughter fighting for her life in the PICU, she didn’t make it and passed away. During that time last thing I really wanted to think about was work or worrying about how income was going to come in. My HR representative gave me information for the Two Ten Footwear Foundation. I’m glad that I reached out and the process to apply for a grant was easy to navigate through. I was helped out with money towards funeral expenses and it allowed me to plan for everything possible that I wanted to do in honoring my little angel and not feel like I had to hold back on expenses. Thank you Two Ten for letting me grieve in peace and giving tools and resources to get back on my feet again.

Two Ten was quick to help me when I was displaced due to Hurricane Ida. The application process was easy and took less than 10 minutes to complete. The turnaround was also quick, I had my assistance in 2 days. I am so grateful to them, they helped me in a time of need without hesitation. Receiving their assistance not only alleviated some of the stress but helped me and my family in being able to return back home.

I could not be more grateful to be connected to Two Ten Footwear Foundation. My HR organization informed me of this amazing partnership. I did some research and was blown away by the great resources they provide to individuals within the Footwear Industry! I happen to be faced with a challenging financial burden after a pre-term birth. The stress of commuting to and from the NICU and having unexpected parking expenses was very stressful for me. I remembered the resources that the foundation provided and thought I’d reached out. To my surprise, they offered to provide support and my assigned service rep was extremely supportive throughout the process. I am forever grateful for their support. Thank you TTF ❤️??!

Two Ten has helped me several times over the years, and each time is always a relief with bills and car repairs. On my income, everything tends to just barely even out, but every once in a long while, it doesn't. The help I get from these folks allows me to get back on track and stay there for as long as possible.
