We had the best experience ordering a bouquet for our daughter’s birthday. After an initial mistake, they apologized, and took care of it right away. They were kind, professional and showed genuine good customer care. We can all agree that’s hard to find these days - so I would highly recommend them. Oh and most importantly, the arrangement was fresh and beautiful!

My friend gifted me flowers from your shop and I am blown away by how beautiful they were and still are a week and a half later. The way they were wrapped up and given individual water pods was thoughtful and helped them stay alive while I sorted through boxes for a vase to put them in (I was in the middle of a move). They brighten my day and I will now come to your shop when I need flowers!

They made a beautiful and very high quality bouquet to celebrate my daughter’s admission to university, using flowers that tied to the university’s colors. Was ready when they promised. Overall - excellent quality and value.

I needed some flowers at last minute and Anderson Florists didn't fail to may expectation. I called Saturday at 3:30PM and they would close at 4:00PM but the young woman who answered my call was so nice and just asked me if I could go fast there to choose the flowers and pick-up them, what I did. They made a beautiful arrangement and the price was so reasonable. Thank you very much for the help.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Anderson Florist. I ordered 3 arrangements, 2 florals in vases and 1 plant basket for a vigil at Bentley University. I ordered online after hours the night before the vigil and then left a message about needing them delivered before 2:00 pm. I asked them to call me in the morning if this would be a problem because I could pick them up instead. The woman who called me in the morning, Amy, was amazing! She was so caring and sympathetic to the situation and assured me the flowers would be delivered on time and would have extra pink in honor of the young student whose vigil it was. Amy called me several times throughout the morning giving me updates and working with me to ensure the arrangements arrived to the correct location and on time. I was told the owner, Liz, may actually have been the one to hand deliver. The floral arrangements were big and beautiful!! The perfect splash of color on stage. The plant arrangement went into the designated room for the family and I was told it was beautiful and appreciated. I would absolutely use them again! Many thanks to Anderson Florist!!

We ordered a funeral spray from Seattle and then went in to add some lilies to it once we arrived in Waltham. The spray was created by the owner, Liz, and it was truly beautiful. They delivered the spray to First Lutheran and was there in place when we arrived for the service. Their price seemed more reasonable than others we'd checked. They are kind and talented! Ordered online and Anderson was the florist. Paid for the premium bouquet and I was embarrassed at how dinky the bouquet my friend received. Very disappointed! Why so stingy Anderson florist? Mostly greens and no flowers in the arrangement!
