I love this Shell as the prices are on the lower side mostly, but recently went to filled up and it was closed for construction. It was all gated up. Give it a month and hopefully it will be back up and running.

The grey haired corpse that comes out to your car, if you need help, if you can get him to leave the building, is just as arrogant as anyone can be. He says he's retired and lives with his mommy. That kinda explains everything. He kinda reminds me of the Norman Bates character in the movie Psycho.

Just had my car inspected here. They were fast and courteous. One of my brake lights was out and they replaced it for me so I wouldn’t fail inspection and it saved me time having to replace it myself. They went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

Gas pump won't read cards Cashier can't understand the concept of "I'm going to fill it" and asks repeatedly for how much I want to put in. I'll just drive my jaguar over to Irving and give them my business

Guy ripped the mirror off my truck when backing out of the bay. Accidents happen....but when I tried to resolve the situation with him he became combative! I was forced to go through my insurance because he was so volatile and I didn't want to deal with him! I had to get the Wakefield Police involved to get his information as he would not give it to me. Beware!!!!!

I am so up set I have never posted any review on any site. On September 29 I brought my 2003 Cadillac to be serviced I had heard great things about the owner Mike. I needed a valve cover gasket replaced in my car I brought it in to Mike. When I picked up my car it seems that the same problem was still going on leaking oil and smoking. he said to me to be careful and keep an eye on the problem but allowed me to take my vehicle and leave. After three or four days I was noticing oil marks in my driveway and my vehicle was smoking a lot from the engine. I am a grandmother of two small girls I take care of full-time so I was concerned because I have them in my car all day long. I went on a trip to Hudson New Hampshire to visit my cousin and her grandson when her husband saw the car smoking and leaking oil. He immediately took it up to a shop not a half a mile away from his home to have it looked at. They told him that they needed to take a look at it and it seem to them that I needed a valve cover gasket changed. So I spent 5 to 6 hours waiting for them to fix my car. After it was complete I picked up my vehicle as soon as I started to drive it I was relieved because it seemed 100% better. I already Generree took it to the Shell station and Mike said he fixed it charged me $350 when I pick the car up at the second shop the bill was $580. At that point I was so happy to have my car running great not smoking or leaking oil!!! The following day I asked my father and a few friends what do they think I should do. I am not one for confrontation but what was right was that I went to the Shell gas station spoke with Mike brought a bag of the old gaskets a bill from morels break service center and explain to him the situation I told him that he didn't do the job that he said he did, the response I got from him was the next job I'll do for free I keep you as a customer I'll do 250 job for you call it even So kind of admitting he didn't do the job if you ask me I'm so upset that this happen I wish there was more honest people out there! Guess I'll call this a loss! I would never ever deal with this place ever again and I'll make sure that my voice is heard

The owner is a very good guy. Turned me away when I didn't need work done. Did a simple fix for free. People love them and they get backed up with work, so come early.

Self service pay at the pump Shell station. Decent prices on gas. Pumps in ok condition. The pump hand locks were all broken so you need to hold it the entire time. Also the is no cover from rain. You will get soaking wet while pumping the gas. Good thing is that it's very close to I95. Just 1/4 mile if that far. It's not busy also. Use GASBUDDY app to find cheap gas.
