Ryan is the best!!! I work nearby and frequently stop by to grab a snack on my break or before work. Ryan is always friendly towards all customers in the store and enjoys making a genuine connection with the customers. He always recognizes the regular customers and sparks up a conversation with them (without holding up the rest of the line too!). Any issues that they ever encounter seem to be out of the staff’s control. All of the staff are great, but Ryan is definitely the customer service king ?

ANDY FOR PRESIDENT!!I went in with just a couple of dollars for gas and he asked if I was almost out of gas I said yeah but I’m just gonna top it off because I’m not too far from where I’m going and he proceeded to take his own credit card out of his Wallet and charge $10 for my gas from his personal credit card. Then he gave me back the 2 dollars. The world needs more Andys!!

I don't usually write reviews on gas stations but come on 3 pumps were unable to take payment at pump. The other two the pump was down all together.

The cavers for the cold drinks ( iced coffee/sodas) does not fit the cups and continuously pop of causing drink to spill. They need the clear covers that don’t say Cumberland farms

Prices are good but if you need a receipt don't go here. 9 times out of 10 it won't print. They know about the issue and either don't care or can't figure out how to fix it. I get reimbursed for my gas and if I can't print the receipt I can't get reimbursed. One time they couldn't even print one inside.

Management is terrible here, the manager does not treat the employees well and it is run horribly. Based off my experiences purchasing from there, the employees looked extremely overworked and not well managed.

me and my best friend go to cumberland farms to get our fave snacks, i always have a wonderful interaction with the workers. today i met a worker who made my day. thanks bobby!
