I knew my belongings were secure and would not be changing hands many times, plus I had a clear idea of when to expect the delivery which only took a few days. Jenya, David, and Ruslan were amazing!! They were careful and efficient, very kind, and worked so hard to make our move a positive experience. Alex was so helpful walking me through the process and answering questions leading up to moving day. Our things arrived in great condition and when expected. “On the fence about the investment using Gentle Giant? This is your sign to work with them! Have them pack and move you! Not only did they move our general belongings for our family of five, they also moved our chicken coops. We will be lifetime customers! “I see that others have written poor reviews, but our experience with ABC Moving and Storage (Hudson/Leominster MA) was entirely positive. We were quoted a competitive price by David (our salesperson) and ended up coming in at a slightly lower price when all was said and done. Moving occurred on-time and was handled efficiently. Delivery was on-time, and we are particularly grateful to Regina in the office and Kevin (our driver), who worked with us to arrange a convenient delivery time when we were faced with an unexpected family emergency. It feels a bit unsettling when a crew of guys start moving all your belongings into a huge truck, and it might have helped if someone had spent a few extra minutes talking with us about the process at the start of our moving day. But honestly, these guys knew what they were doing! The entire crew worked hard. Nothing was damaged or lost. Everyone was polite. All in all, we received excellent service on both ends.”

“I can not say enough about the customer service and help I received from this moving company! whatever I asked them to do they did! I need to be moved out of my condo and half was going to storage, some was going to the dump and the rest was going to my new place and nothing was ever a problem. they asked me which items were going were and they packed their truck accordingly and efficiently! Every item that was brought into the house, they asked me where it was going! They were polite and clean and extremely helpful! if anyone wants a top rated, efficient company please consider these guys! They were also very polite and respectful which is extremely hard to find these days!”
“The move with Mayflower was fantastic from the beginning with contacting Eric who did our home visit. Afterwards, speaking with Lori, who spearheaded the entire trip. She made this process for me and my family seamless and answered all my questions. Lori provided me with step by step process which was very informative and more importantly, comforting.She treated my personal belongings as if they were her personal belongings. Their communication was excellent, confirming the details of our move shortly after we made our request through the U-Haul website and letting us know when they were on their way on the day of the move, which was very reassuring. Joe and his crew were extremely considerate and thoughtful with how to pack our belongings, and they did such a great job carefully handling them that all of our items made it to our destination undamaged. If you’re moving in town or a long distance, you’re in excellent hands with Joe; we can’t recommend them enough!”

“Chris / Sandra and Ken; from the first call to the last these three Amigos erased so much horror in having to move out of "our" 37+ year rental... in 30 days! The worst landlord in the world sold the place and gave us no time to move. We were three days away from homeless when we found our new apartment. Ordered the MiBox on 8/24/2018. Ken arrived with the empty MiBox as promised. He set it up in a skinny, rocky driveway with TREES on either side. Right outside the cabin door as we wanted; and He explained everything. He secured the placement! We loaded it and then requested pick-up 9/11/2018. It was delivered to a few towns away the very next day! We opened it on 9/16/2018, unpacked; threw a lot of our life away! 16 steep stairs and a much smaller place... Requested pick-up on 9/18/2018 - it was GONE 9/19/2018. Chris and Sandra did all we asked; Ken was the original driver. He had a difficult driveway to drop the box in, and he was AWESOME. They coordinated his availability so he could pick-up - deliver - AND final pick-up from our fussy new landlord's parking lot! The estimate was almost exactly what it cost, to the penny. Professional, kind, listening staff, and responsive to our needs. Chris, Sandra and Ken deserve a bonus on this one! Absolutely the easiest move ever...and I was military! You can't go wrong with this crew!”

“Super reliable. They did a NH to NC move for us in April 2020. Came to the house to make an estimate. No surprise charges at the end. Arrived on time and delivered, unloaded, assembled furniture without any damage except the particle board desk which they warned wouldn’t make it. Moving can be stressful but this part went smoothly. EDIT: This review is for their Manchester NH and Portland ME location. The Hudson NH location was not operational when I called them.”
