“We bought a house in Town about 4 years ago. I am normally a customer at another Large Grocery Chain. I started to pop into Hannaford in Townsend only for convenience a couple years ago. I am able to find really everything we need and the prices are comparable in most items. The customer service in this location is amazing, the staff is always helpful and they know where everything is if you ask or they find out. Recently I had a need for assistance, due to an injury and I am to proud to ask for help. Christina ( manager I think is her name) saw me struggling with an overloaded cart, opened a lane for me and had her team unload my groceries on to the belt and they actually brought it all to my car and put it in. I could not believe the humanity and dedication the employed on this day. I want to thank them! I learned it is ok to accept help and they were happy to provide it!”

“The pharmacy staff here is really nice and helpful. They dealt with an incorrect prescription transfer at a time I would consider irritatingly close to closing so my kids could get the medicine they needed for their ear infections. I really appreciate their accommodating me.”
