“I came into the store potentially getting an upgrade as my current iPhone had an issue with the SIM card reader that other Verizon stores couldn’t figure out what to do. Erick D. took the time with me to help me get into my family’s Verizon account and help go through the process. When I mentioned I had an issue with my SIM card reader he was able to quickly came up with a solution (based on his experience and knowledge) and now my phone has an eSIM and my phone is working perfectly again! Didn’t need to upgrade anymore as my current phone is saved again! Erick saved me money and time with fixing my phone! I would give my experience with Erick D. 7 Stars if I could! I plan to come in to this specific store when I need an upgrade when my current phone has its Verizon credits fully paid off and I hope Erick is there to help me when that time comes!
