I love going to the Tewksbury store because so clean, fully stocked and staff is so friendly and helpful. Tristan who rang me out, couldn’t be any nicer. I live 25 minutes away just to go to this store. Other dollar tree stores take note on this branch.

Definitely recommend a visit to this store. Especially since the cashier I had was very helpful and engaging. I have seen Tristan there a few times. Every time I ask any questions she is quick to assist. Today, she brightened my day with just acknowledging me as a person and resolving my question immediately and attentively. Great customer service.

The store works as a dollar store. But its gives an old rundown vibe. Very understaffed too the point often there's noone too scan your items. But besides that it works fine. It's reasonably clean and well. Everything's a dollar 25 so not like people are going expecting the Ritz.One of the managers saw me out of the store 2 weeks after being there and rembered what I got. So kinda cool lol

One register open 3 elderly people in line, I was number 4 with one dollar item. The clerk was showing a female every balloon she had pulling out drawers one by one with 50 slots. The female was taking her time and saying no I don't like that one OH I LOVE THAT ONE. I asked if I could leave my dollar on the counter with tax and clerk said NO! I asked if she was going to blow up all thos balloons before she waited on the people in front of me and she said NO I WILL RUN YOU THOUGH first. The female came up to me and SAID I AM FIRST IN LINE NOT YOU SO WAIT YOUR TURN! I put my dollar item down and left and said to the 3 elderly people in front of me, sorry I tried to help. I will never go back to that store. As there is no customer service or ethics.

This store needs a complete facelift, both inside and out! The stained rugs have been removed so that's a good start but it still needs more. The employees are fine, in fact, one woman in particular is a sweetheart but this store provides a less than desirable shopping experience. For example, I've bought drinks here that are expired so be sure to watch what you buy! Also, the parking lot is a haven for shady activity as well. All in all, I love Dollar Tree but this one needs work!
