people beware, citizens Bank in general, they will close your account without letting you know. The main branch in RI, are not helpful. get no answers and please try other banks

We went 40min before they close to open a student account that literally takes 10min, we waited but then the guy came and said he called Chelmsford and we can go there which was a lie because we went to Chelmsford branch and they said they never received a call which was probably true because they never pickup their calls anyways. So both branches have lousy customer service, they just dont care ??

WORST BRANCH MANAGER!Jefre (yes with one F), was inpatient, rude, and uninformed of the banking procedures. I literally went into another branch and was taken care of and walking back to my car within 15 minutes. When I explained what happened, the other branch manager just shook their head and said "That's not how we do things, he could've taken care of this."My suggestion? Unless you're using the atms outside, don't bother with this branch.

Horrible branch. Switched to a different account. 5 trips later and multiple copies of the same form to add my name to a JOINT account, we ended up going to a different branch to be informed that they never sent the form!!! A one day change took over 2 weeks time. Extremely rude customer service with no professionalism. Unorganized unfriendly. Our call was hung up on mid conversation. Would not recommend at all.

Lousy branch dont over work yourselves ,god forbid.very unconveinent to people who work!.opens at 9 closes at 4 really? I want to work there myself .....cmon grow up,extend the bank hours ,and put more then 2 at the counters serving instead of 5 people sitting in offices ! Lazy privledged branch.i have been to different brances this one is my least favorite.snippy workers.

Rick M was super patient and helpful when I went in with an issue that had lead me to freeze my accounts. Dude had only been there a month and didn't have full access to everything we needed, but he went above and beyond to help me out.

Worst customer service and experience ever.Some workers go use bathroom or answer phone calls in the middle of the session.Always long lines and rude staff.

The branch in Tewksbury is not very good. One of the tellers is extremely rude. The hours are horrible, no late hour. Closes at 4 pm daily. I would not recommend this bank.

Trying to close a loan after someone passed away. The branch manager was rude and insentive with my widowed mother and when told he was being rude said "I don't have to help you" (come again?lol.) This was the Manager?!?! What happened to caring about your customers? Paid that off and will never go back. If THAT is the best they got with an elder asking questions, no thank you. Will definitely be sticking with Tewksbury Credit Union and TD moving forward. Just outrageous.

Went there with my grieving mother after my father passed. She had all her documents to pay off a car loan. When she wasn't understanding something, after 2 minutes, THE BRANCH MANAGER was rude, short tempted and clearly unable to deal with someone elderly. When told he was being rude his response was "well I don't need to help you". Without question, no doubt, that man's temper is problematic. Tewksbury Citens bank, your customers deserve WAY more. You lost business today.

Spoke too soon.. the new debit card I was printed is useless. I called the 800 number and they said the branch deactivated the card. Very disappointing.

Worst experience ever at a Citizens bank. I have been a customer for 17 years. The teller made me feel like a criminal...scrutinizing my ID, saying my signature didnt match...my first and last name is long so it might look different on paper, .then laughing with the other teller about me. Very unprofessional!!!
