The best around, by far. Had a brand new propane heating system installed by Huhtala and they are absolute professionals, meticulous and gentlemen too! Deliveries are very reliable too. Highly recommend.

Have had Hutala oil for over 20 years, now that has changed hands they are horrible.I ran out of oil, and called for a delivery, they told me to use diesel to get by till Monday, or I will pay $160 fee for special delivery. After realizing buying 3 containers and 15 gal of diesel will cost $135 I decided to pay the special delivery. I called back to order about 30 minutes later and they said that it will bow cost $250 for a special delivery. I said my husband called you 30 minutes ago and it was $160. She said that was the morning price. BULL!!! My husband called at 2:30 p I called at 3:00 p. I have now pulled my business and got another company. They clearly don't value their customers!!!!!

There technicians have always been good and service quick however recently I called on Monday to reschedule an oil delivery from Tuesday to Thursday because i needed a prime and wasn't going to be home. They didn't update their system and delivered on Tuesday then charged me $159 hourly service charge fee instead of the $50 fee that it should have been. Them not honoring their own mistake at the cost of $110 extra to me was disappointing.

been with huhtala oil for 43 years. the new company that bought them doesn't give 10 cent discount for payment within 10 days. I guess it's time to find a company that does.

They have great customer service for oil services. They installed a boiler and oil tank for me and did a great job. They were honest, well priced, and left the basement in perfect condition.

Huhtala oil has yet to disappoint me . They are always willing to help no matter the situation and always on time! . I can't say enough about the service, no matter who you speak with the techs the oil delivery guys or anyone when you call , its always always a pleasant conversation.They are by far a step above the rest .Thank you to the Huhtala team for all the great service!

I have been with huhtala for 3 years now. Generally they get the job done. But this is the 2nd time this year that I ran out of oil when I am automatic delivery. With my credit card on file idk why I'm running out!? Nancy and Julie have the worst customer service skills. They both are condensing and rude every encounter. I called this morning to have them come out since I'm empty and she told me her system is showing I have 67gallons left in my tank. I said thats impossible I have no hot water and haven't used the heat yet this year. I will be finding a new heating company asap and I suggest you all do the same.

Generally they had been awesome. However $1200 for a water heater exhaust fan they took 15 minutes to change out seems excessive.

I have been getting Oil from Huhtala's for many years and my parents got their oil from huhtala's. They are a well respected local company that is there for you when you need them.

I'm on the west coast. At 4:21am PST (7:21am EST) I received a phonecall. I told the lady what time it was an that I was on the west coast an to not call again. She proceeded to call me again an insisted I was some women named Lisa. I told her my name an that she had the wrong number. Then I got a third phone call an I let it ring. Have staff check phone numbers before calling, I've had this number for 18 years an haven't lived in MA for over 9! Check phone numbers before you bombard the wrong number an wake them up at 4:21am!

Just moved intoour house. Called to scheuled for an annual service. Next day, my water heater was not working. Called, and spoke to Chad. He said he will send someone out as soon as possible. Dana the the tech that arrived went over everthing with me and fixed our issue. What a great experience and I'm looking forward to keeping ALL of my home services with them.
