Chris at TCC in Taunton was spectacular! He helped me when NOBODY else at Verizon could. He cared unlike the other representatives I called. Over 25 calls, over 48 hours of nonsense with no resolve but Chris figured it out. Thank you, Chris. Give that man a raise.
