Signed up online for a storage unit and Rochelle called me to ask if I could go down to the storage place to show my id. She was very helpful and had an excellent personality. She then showed me my unit and was wonderful in explaining everything I needed to know. Just a great experience all around.

Had a moving truck unload several pieces it took them all of 3 minutes and the manager there told them they had to move even though there was no other vehicles coming in. He was very rude to them

The call center didn't do the best imo, maybe I didn't ask the right questions?I went in person and had the best customer service. The place is spotless, great rates. Thank you!

Had unit for 2 months so far.Don't know how the winter will be for the storage unit.As far as Aaron goes.He has been very professional, so far and ii have no complaints about him, thus far.Again, only 2 months into this.storage renting, I cannot complain yet.I am hoping to keep it that way for years to come.

Definitely one of my favorite storage facilities that I've used before. Only drawback is they don't offer 24hr access. But other than that it's a good storage facility.

I would def recommend this storage facility, staff was wonderful to me and I even ran into an issue fitting 2 objects that I was actually going to throw out but couldn't fit in my packed car so left it until next day. I was going tp have to rent a truck just to throw them out and they actually disposed of then for me which they normally don't do. The workers there went above and beyond what they needed to and he was very very friendly

I forget the guys name, I want to say Aaron, but he was awesome! I had accidentally put the wrong move in date and they fixed it for me, and on the move in day I needed another unit and they got me one close to where all the d*** movers dumped my stuff which made my life so much easier. Thank you guys for all your help ??
