I was going to give a three-star but I decided that it deserved 4 because of the customer service there is a few employees that work there that go above and beyond to try to help me out. To me customer service and communication is a big plus for me the reason why I didn't give it a five-star is because I do believe that they under pay when you try to sell something or loan something. I get it they need to make a profit by selling the items but they don't need to make a killing from us.

I visited to purchase a necklace for my father-in-law and some earrings for myself. The store has a great selection, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, one staff member was quite rude, talking over me while I was trying to make my purchase. If it hadn't been for that experience, I would have given a five-star review.

Terrible place and owners bunch of women trying to scam everyone by buying at completely outrageously low prices. They don't even buy most things anymore saying the "market isnt really buying" everyone's buying you can't fool me. There should be somewhere better than only this pawn shop in Taunton. Gross. I would give it negative stars if I could.

Great pawn shop that offers you a fair price on the items that you bring in and has great deals for the items that they sell they are even willing to give you a discount on already discounted items I can't count how many times I've been a few dollars off of an already very cheap item and they gave it to me for what I had great service friendly employees who care about you as a person more than your business I feel like I'm among friends every time I walk in

Without question, 5 star service!! Great service, great environment, with very knowledgeable friendly staff. There prices are extremely fair if your buying outright, and they are always willing to work with u if your in need of a quick loan. Bottom line, ive always left there satisfied and its the only pawn shop ill go to....do yourself a favor and go check it out!!

Closed Christmas eve day, open Christmas day. That's what is posted. Terrible business. Doesn't make sense. The hours are wrong on the website and on the door it's closed Christmas eve, Christmas day.

The lady inside is extremely rude. Went to go unload quite a bit of silver bars and rounds, but walked out in minutes. Never been talked to so rude in my life. Would love to connect with the owner about their terrible customer service. Definitely DO NOT reccomend this place.
