He charged me $10 to notarize something, which is double what most places charge for the same service and double what he charged me less than a year ago to notarize something. Makes me think he's arbitrarily charging me whatever he feels like because I'm nice and easy going and he knows I'll probably just pay it instead of making an issue about it. But you can't beat the convenience ?♂️”

“The clerk whose name was Cordell should be recognized for service that went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a service clerk. Although I didn't have all that we necessary information to complete my transaction, he wrote the instructions down and guided me through the process to assist me in gathering the items I would need to complete the transaction. I was so nervous. Yet, he made me feel comfortable and I left the store confident that I could get what I needed. Thank you Cordell. You're assistance turned a chaotic transaction into an easy fix.”
“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”
“They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.”

“Small Intimate post office in Mass I stoped by to mail some bills. Noticed someone's buddy being flown to final destination , can you believe that stuff? Friendly staff and plenty of windows open. Plenty CV19 guidelines implemented for safety so you defiantly were not catching the virus.... As for the remains well, I hope he /she didn't get lost in America.”

“I live in Illinois and shipped a package to my cousin at the wrong address and it was delivered. I realized my error 4 days later and called the post office to see what could be done. Kim was amazing! She was able to have the courier retrieve my package from the wrong house and then was able to send it to the correct address for me. She called me 4 or 5 times with updates. “The staff at this post office are kind. Unlike Dartmouth on Faunce Corner lol. I do wish they had a direct line like other reviewers. It's ridiculous that USPS only puts a general number when our questions are obviously quick and for the local office, i.e. checking that the package is actually there for pickup.”
“I needed to send a letter by certified mail. I went there and had to fill out the address and write a check. There was no pen so make sure you bring your own. The 2 writing tops are very small. There was a man behind the counter. He was pleasant and helpful in explaining how it all worked. Okay, the place is small and looks old but this is a micro office.”
“The Redelivery Ticket returned an error message with the online redelivery service.
But the pleasant and helpful Portsmouth agent turned the anxious moment into a fond memory.
A letter had been returned due to an incorrect address. The agent offered to address the letter correctly and resend it. She even looked up the address in hopes of resolving the error.
A quick call to the professional who had preprinted the address label on the letter revealed the mistake.
A return call to the PO was answered by the same pleasant agent.
Issue was resolved!
Her good nature and knowledge were a lovely Monday morning blessing.”
“Has always been what I expected and I always recieve my packages on time. Didn't get a 5 because sometimes people who work there are unsure of themselves and others dont seem to go the extra mile but they still usually have an open mind and don't call you a liar for believing certain packaging or supplying or arrival details a certain way.”
“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”
