They let me know it may be covered by the dealer under an extended warranty due to a class action. Well guess what, it is covered 100%. Not all shops will let you know that. “Great experience here... Saab recommended Mobil 1 synthetic oil from the start on my '06 9-3 convertible, so SpeeDee is my go-to place for oil changes. The service techs are thorough... I watched from the waiting room as the tech working on my car went over each item on the checklist, checking them off in order. He did make a couple of recommendations for higher-mileage vehicles that weren't necessary with my car, but that's expected and they had no problem with me declining to move forward with those things.
The whole process took about 25 minutes, and I saved $5 with a coupon on their website. Not the biggest discount, but still something. These guys (and girl) are trustworthy though. I'll continue to use this SpeeDee location in the future.”

My car broke down yesterday due to my alternator after leaving the hospital of my family member who was declared very terminally ill and when I called this morning, I just asked maybe for a courtesy timeframe so I could know how to make arrangements. Well they squeezed my car in today so I could be there for my family throughout the weekend!
