I did not appreciate the high pressure sales woman! We explained that we kind of knew what we wanted but that we were not looking to buy for 1-2 months and she kept hounding us to buy now..... over and over again. I won't be shopping here!

Even though we didn’t physically go to the store, Andrea (I hope that is her name) was extremely helpful. She answered the phone in a professional and cheerful manner ready to assist me. We ordered our new adjustable frame and mattress on line. The delivery/set up techs neglected to demonstrate the bed so we had no idea that the frame wasn’t working until they had left. Normally this kind of situation wouldn’t be very frustrating but we picked this type of frame as my spouse was having a total knee replacement in a few days and we payed for the most expensive set up service. So when Andrea was able to arrange for another team to come and resolve the issue a few days later, we were extremely pleased. I would hold on to her if she worked in my business.
