Please do not go see doctor Alt she does not care about her patients. My dad was in the hospital for 45 days she didn't call once to see how he was. Before that every time he needed his medication the ones that kept him alive she said no you have to come in. He was sick as a dog was having vertigo attacks and throwing up. One time she made him go in he fell in that office did anyone try to help him or anything nope. And no it's not defamation if it's 100% true.

Claims to have an urgent care center, but aren’t really interested in seeing people who need urgent care. They would rather you go to the hospital ER. Despite literally everything I ever heard was trying to decrease ER visits?I’ll end up just going to the ER for the rest of the summer while I search for a new doctor that practices out Boston.Definitely not interested in helping people in crisis. Instead they play funny games by canceling your appointments and prescriptions, so you think you’re crazy. The front desk gets “offended” if people in crisis are upset. But no one there wants to actually treat you. Instead, you just get treated like a malingerer.“Are you struggling? Reach out for help!” What a joke. Don’t reach out here. Helping struggling people isn’t their gig. But lying to patients to get them to go away is.

Everything is fine until you actually have a medical issue. Ritvo is much more concerned with her patients following her rules, than actually helping them through their issues. Withholds medication as “punishment.” Thinks she can make up her own prescribing rules when a simple google search shows she is wrong. Prefers her patients go to the emergency room, rather than the urgent care in her own office. Shocking. She would rather send someone to hospital ER than urgent care in her own office. That is the kind of doctor she is. Beware.

worst place each visit Dr. Caridad wants to talk about colonoscopy's ignore the issues at hand latest i go for my finger mar 8th its 10x worst then when i went in so called nurse screwed up my arm drawing blood till this day arm still hurts Dr. Caridad anything else bothering you ya my knee it hurts when i bend it i wrap it in 3 ace bandages put a knee brace on she touches knee 2 secs then its the same bs each visit ya at the age for a colonoscopy she must get a commission on colonoscopy's never again cant pay me to go back there ever that nurse or attendant that escorted me around very rude to need new doctor and clinic but if you need a colonoscopy guess thats the place to go

I've been going here for a long time..I will say that I can honestly hear what the 1 reviews are saying about the front desk being rude but the have extremely improved that problem. The doctors and nurses are great you need to give it a try

Treat patients compassionately, stop being rude- NP and nurses especially. Dr & front staff are decent. Stop the nurses from acting as if it is ok to be shuffled to 4 different primary care whith in a year. It is not ok, that is the lowest form of an HMO.

Have no idea where the negative reviews, from. Staff is always friendly and informative. Have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes over my scheduled time. Calls are promptly returned and test results are followed up and readily available on the patient portal

Wow! the best medical care ever. Any day of the week you can go there and see a doctor with very little waiting. The care is excellent. Dr Ceplicas, my primary care doctor, is excellent not only in addressing existing conditions but providing suggestions to avoid future problems. She takes the time to listen and ask questions. She is compassionate and understanding. She is also a brilliant doctor. Who could ask for more. Geoffrey Lubbock

I’m sad to say the staff falls into two categories: rude and unhelpful, or friendly and unhelpful. Even when they’re good-natured and have the best intentions, they’ll frequently misplace records, repeatedly provide conflicting information, or otherwise make it difficult to be a patient due to logistical proglems. And that’s a best case scenario ... Frequently, they’ll do all those things as well as being very rude. I wouldn’t recommend them.
