HORRIBLE! Staff is obnoxious and rude, profit is their main goal, refuse treatment, simple meds, etc., if you don't schedule an in office visit so they can charge for that visit.I changed my primary care because of the horrid staff and asinine profit driven office policies.AVOID!

Office has gone down hill and it's sad. Been going her since 1999 and it's nothing like it used to be. The doctors are great but they never have any availability. Walk ins like it advertises? Negative! Saturday appointments available for walk ins but phones get forwarded to a call service who says they aren't open on weekends. What's the point of going here if you can never get seen.

So deeply disappointed with the way I was treated, after being a patient for 30 years. Absolutely disgusted. I warn people to go anywhere else.

After being a patient there for over 10 years they have gotten to big for their own good. Thier take over by mass general has absolutely killed their customer service. No more communication, dont fill prescriptions on time, and don't have answers for multiple people telling you multiple different things leaving you high and dry. Ill be looking for a new doctors office that can provide the proper care .

I love my doctor Ceplicas , she’s the best . The office is another matter , rude tone of voice , people sound like they live in 1952 , my appointment that I scheduled 6 months before was canceled, attempts to reschedule were met with above described treatment with call waiting for at least 45mins , I also was suggest to see nurse practitioner instead and that next available appointment with my doctor is 8 months away , tone of voice is terrible, office needs new hires and inservice of customer service

Update, what a turnaround, pleasant at reception, efficient, no rushing, good sense of humour, very friendly, thought I was in the wrong place.Completely different experience, new faces vast improvement.Difficult to get thru to anyone, follow up is not the best, doctors seem decent people but it’s difficult to get any follow up or advice without prompting them.

Use to be great family oriented I’ve been going there since 1990s. Now that big brother took over just a number. Stop the large hospitals from monopolizing and taking away real patient care.

Front desk are rude and very unprofessional. Forget about it if you don’t have an appointment. They will straight up give you the worst attitude. Their website is misleading when it says “walk-ins available”.. Don’t bother wasting your time here. Avoid this place and go to the nearest Urgent Care.

The front desk staff at this office is the rudest most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered at a medical office. You are the first point of contact for your patients….. absolutely terrible experience.

Do NOT GO HERE! Worst doctor office ever. I had been going here since I was a baby. At one point I had gone in three times for a persistent cough (spending $150 in co-pays). For the first TWO appointments I never saw a doctor, only a nurse practitioner and they said I was fine and to just drink orange juice. On the third appointment (a month later) I finally saw an actual doctor and she diagnosed me w/ an acute sinus infection and prescribed me antibiotics.Eventually, they “discharged” me from the practice because they said I had a balance of $160 in co pays that I had not paid, and they would not release my medical records unless I paid them. I was very confused- I said “I don’t understand how I even have a balance? Are you trying to say I went in and saw a doctor without paying?” And the receptionist said “yes”. I always paid my co-pays and I actually didn’t know you could even be seen without paying. When I said “I didn’t even know not paying your co-pay was allowed?” the receptionist said “yes, people do it all the time, and you did multiple times”. Either this is just a blatant lie, or they got my records mixed up with someone else’s. Literally screw these people, as far as I’m concerned they are running some kind of sham operation. There’s no excuse for what I put up with here. Unprofessional and infuriating.

I have always had such a great experience here, from the front dest staff to the medical assistant and the Doctor!!! Everyone I came in contact with was extremely kind and caring which made it so much easier to come back for care. I appreciate all they have done for me and would definitely recommend to any of my family or friends.

Worst patient service ever. I hope the doctors and management noticing these reviews. Front staff members are very unprofessional and they really lack at providing professional service to patient in need. They do not seem to care about patient or how to help them. Front ladies really need to go through professional training. I would not recommend anyone to go through the worst customer service experience that I had at this doctors office.
