You would think prescription medication would be important enough to warrant human customer service. But no you can chose between the useless voice bot or downloading their app. If you get frustrated you can leave a voicemail that’ll maybe be answered in a few hours. If you have urgent questions good luck because this company would rather see you dead then helped.

They have taken half the store to put in offices. They don’t sell anything. Minimal shampoo etc.. almost no greeting cards.Literally half the store is gone.Go elsewhere unless you need a prescription. I think that is all they want to deal with there.

I just went to this pharmacy that I've been going to for the last 25 years. Susan shocked me by making it a point to say hi. When I left, she actually said goodbye. I stopped going to this CVS due to the unprofessional the help is. I've been going to the Eastern Avenue CVS as their employees are wonderful friendly people which makes it a good feeling Everytime I go there. I hope the Swampscot store will again be a store I used to like.

I don’t know what they’re doing at that store, but putting in that minute clinic is probably the stupidest thing they ever did. I used to love my one stop shopping at CVS.

Picked a much needed prescription at the drive up. I was told my insurance would not cover it. The pharmacy associate charged me 142.00 for a prescription I refilled a week later at Walmart for. 10.04. When I compared the bottles I noticed the cvs associate used an address for me that was 8 years old. He never put it through. When I questioned him he said he gave me the cvs discount of 20 cents. It was a total rip off.

After waiting for days for a prescription to be filled, and being told each day that they were waiting to receive the medicine from the warehouse, they finally told me where it was a available and I was able to ask my Dr. to call the prescription in to the other CVS. This is information I should have received earlier rather than being told every day that it would arrive "tomorrow." Such horrible customer service. Can't wait to switch pharmacies

I switched my prescriptions from the CVS on Eastern Ave in Lynn. Although I live in Swampscott this is a little farther for me to travel but the people in the pharmacy are wonderful. I am speaking only of the pharmacy personnel.

This is not about the people, but the CVS automated prescription system which several times has put me in medical jeopardy by saying a prescription is "being processed" when it isn't. Today is the last day I'll comment on this, all my pharmacy business henceforth goes to Walmart.

My cousins and I used to walk here all the time for snacks and supplies. As far as our needs went, they always had what we wanted. Staff has been friendly for as many of our visits as I could recall. Nothing special but serves its purpose so I will come again.

Worst pharmacy ever and worst manager in the world. They made me feel uncomfortable, discriminated and upset, while I was sick and tired. I’m never going back there again.

Susan works the register and is the rudest person I have ever met. Shaking her head when asked a question, huffing and puffing out of frustration, throws products on to the counter, speaks to you as if you are the scum of the earth. Absolutely horrible service. Not the face of a business you want. I was very kind, I would admit if I deserved that treatment and I didn’t. Disgusting.
