My recent experience here made me feel compelled to express my concerns about the service quality.My family and I visited the branch on 12/28/23 seeking notary services, and the encounter left us deeply disappointed. The wealth management representative directed us to an older lady with glasses, whose attitude and demeanor conveyed an unwarranted sense of inconvenience. This encounter raised questions about the overall customer service culture at this location.It's disheartening to hear that this experience aligns with recurring issues my parents have faced. As retired individuals contemplating their banking choices, they are now considering closing their accounts with Citizens Bank due to such consistent service problems.Customer respect is paramount, especially considering the substantial financial investments customers make in your institution. The reported behavior on Google review suggests a need for immediate attention to cultural issues affecting customer service.Citizens Bank, i believe your attention to improving customer service at this location is crucial. I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure a more positive and respectful experience for your valued customers.Failure to do so may lead to a decline in customer retention, and given the existing low Google reviews ratings, the risk of this branch losing business within the next few years is real.

Not sure what happened. Used to be a friendly branch with good service but now every time I go in I am treated poorly. Time to find a new bank I guess.

We would give them a negative if possible. We lost a lot of money because of this place that we should have never lost. Susan Bean extremely unprofessional, extremely rude. We called the police on her for threatening us. Extremely questionable fees. We had family leave this bank and now we will be joining the family. Don’t go to this branch or even this bank name.

I walked in after having so many frustrating attempts at the Santander across the street. They immediately had a solution / answer to my issue. They were knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I was greeted with a SMILE. I love walking into a place where people actually know what they are doing, mainly when it comes down to dealing with my finances. I walked in and was out in about 5 minutes. After so many frustrating visits at Santander. . . I am very happy with the people here. Unfortunately, I was not able to get anyone's names.

Poor customer service and tellers that don't care. The bank was unable to give cash, but didn't bother notifying customers who were waiting for up to 30 minutes in the lobby.

Went in this bank to just cash a 17.00 check that was sent to me by my insurance.I figured it was near my house and it was from there bank. I went in and didnt even seem like a bank. I told them I just wanted to cash it. He says there is a 7.00 fee to cash it. I said its from your bank. So on and so on. But I have NEVER EVER heard of a bank that charges to cash there OWN CHECK! Now I see why they have a rating of a 3. It should be a ZERO!! Taking people for suckers!! So I went to my own bank and cashed it. NO CHARGE! And I have cashed at other banks and never charged me. Stay away from that bank!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. Not punctual. You make an appointment at a specific time and they take customers before you who go into the bank AFTER you. Do better.

I met with Susan at this Branch today. She was very helpful and nice. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I appreciated being treated like a person and not just a number.

I was given a check for $2.50 written by their client on their/the bank's check stock. The teller was out of ones. Then she told me there was a $7 fee to cash the check (their check) since I did not have an account there. I am familiar with a bank cashing their own check from whom ever presented to them with the proper identification. Sounds like a bank in trouble.
