Can’t say enough great things about Pat and the staff at Sullivan. On our way to vacation, our Durango started pulling and shaking. At a rest stop we discovered the tires were in rough shape. We called Sullivan and even though they were “booked solid for a week” they took us that same day and gave us four new tires. Such amazing service!!

Failing inspection because you need 4 new tires is never fun news to get. However, walking into Sullivan Tire in Sudbury is sure to lighten the mood/load. It is so wonderful to see how the employees treat each other and us, as their customers. Truly as if it is one big family.
Honest guidance on your purchase and solid expectation setting on timing. Not that I ever WANT to go to Sullivan Tire, but when I need to, there's nowhere I'd rather be.

The staff were top notch- from our first call to describe noise coming from brakes- to the call from service advisor to tell me what they found, what needed to be done and the cost- to the call saying the work was completed - to pick up. I enthusiastically recommend this store for your automotive needs!

Terrible experience. I humbly requested if I could get the oil change completed sooner. Instead of saying it might not be possible or they could try the reply from person was - Go to Jiffy lube if you want it sooner or reschedule to a different date (which was illogical).
The person on duty just cost Sullivan one customer, and many more likey.

The Sudbury team is excellent. The service is great and they get the job done in a timely manner. I appreciate the communication when something may take more time or if there’s other issues they notice. They are upfront about costs and there are no surprises. The staff is friendly and I know I can trust Sullivan in Sudbury to take care of my car.

This was my first visit to Sullivan tire and definitely won’t be my last. I showed up a little early but the gentleman at the counter was very accommodating and my car was looked at and repaired very quickly at a more than fair price.ThanksScott
