The trainers at FT especially Nikhil has been very helpful in my fitness journey. The exercises have good variety, the place and the equipment is clean; and the instructors work with you to customize the workout!

The best studio work out I've ever done! The conditioning is top notch!! When waiting to take class in the lounge I feel like I am about to commence war, because of the ominous music that plays as you foam roll before the fun truly begins!
